A candlelight vigil has been scheduled for 8 p.m. today at Old Town Square to show support for George Tiller's family and to oppose violence.
Dustin Deckard, 20, organized the vigil and is hoping it will be "a quiet show of support for Dr. Tiller and a moment to remember his medical and political triumphs."
Deckard, who supports abortion rights, called today's shooting of Tiller "akin to the murder of Harvey Milk," an openly gay California politician who was shot to death in 1978.
"With the situation today, I think that what side people are on is the last thing we should be arguing about," Deckard said. "The death of people's loved one is more important today than any political alignment."
Deckard is spreading word of tonight's vigil through Twitter, a microblog service, and other social networking tools. Questions about the vigil should be directed to dustindeckard@gmail.com.

I agree with you. “Accidents” don’t create martyrs. Just ask the Clintons.
Now “Tiller the Baby Killer” is a martyr.

I have it on good authority that the killer frequented the “DailyKos” website. Napolitano needs to put “DailyKos” on the “domestic terror” list.
If that’s true, then this story will go away fast.

Right now Tiller knows something about warming.
You know something is funny about the timing of this. It is too coincidental.
I think we need to really have an investigation and find out where the killer got funded and where the guns came from. Who he was talking to about this, and check into them and see where in the DNC or abortion industry they are coming from.

I am sorry it sounds like a false flag op to me. The white house decided to use Tiller as a martyr and to deflect any criticism to get Sotomayor passed more easily.
To get the media running anti pro-life stuff and equating anyone against Sotomayor as equal to this guy’s killer.

Right now Tiller is bowing in absolute terror before God Almighty and having to give account of the thousands of innocent babies he murdered who did absolutely NOTHING to him or his family to warrant their murders.
So all the spin and whitewash of the MSM and their Abortionists allies who are painting a rosy picture of Tiller can never alter this truth.
These are the same nutcases that hold vigils outside of prisons when child rapists/murders are placed into a peaceful permanent sleep.
