Disclosure. I'm white. The woman I love is not.

Hiding from the race issue doesn't make it go away. Bringing people together, and building things... that's a different story.

I wasn't saying attack on her race, but her racism. Pull the racist card on her. She is. Denying it doesn't fix it. The facts speak for themselves.

Speaking truth to power is not a kamikaze mission. But it may get you killed, in the press. You know... the lame stream media that we've been having Dinosaur Media Watch death alerts about...

Don't be afraid. Pile on.

Disclosure. I'm white. The woman I love is not.

Disclosure: I'm black, and I see Sotomayor as a racist. I know her type VERY well. But I also know the best way to defeat a racist is by challenging them on tangible issues that transcend race. In the end, all racists rely on race to win their arguments. Fighting on her terms is a mistake... let me give you an example:

A white Republican Senator questions her racist comments, and her answer goes something like this, "I know it is hard for you to understand what I was talking about, but let me make it clear for you: growing up at the bottom of our society has given me the opportunity to see the greatness of our nation in a way that my detractors may take for granted. I cherish the great laws of this nation more than my detractors will ever know because I have lived the dream America offers to its fullest, and because of that I feel I bring a unique perspective to the Supreme Court."

That response would be replayed in the media for days on a loop. And that "white" Senator would be made out to look like a racist fool.
