WASHINGTON The White House's "open government dialogue" website asks how the government can make data more accessible to the public and some are suggesting he should start by releasing Barack Obama's long-form birth certificate to establish his constitutional eligibility to serve as president.
The forum is open to the public for participation, and Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WND, is urging those concerned about this issue to get involved.
"So far, only 30 percent of those who have posted believe establishing, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the president's constitutional eligibility to serve is an important task in conducting open government," Farah said. "I think that's appalling. Obama is very willing to release the secrets of previous administrations and very unwilling to release the most basic information about his own life and his own credentials to hold the highest office in the land. Let's take advantage of this public forum to 'speak truth to power,' as they say."

I think that if forced to reveal the vault copy birth certificate that they'll try another forgery with parts of the state and federal governments actively involved.
The state might be able to make a very convincing fraudulent one.
To: RobinMasters
I'll go check it out in the morning and I leave with the words of Lord Zero himself.
"Let me also say that I remain distressed that the White House during this confirmation process, which overall went smoothly, failed to provide critical documents as part of the record that could have provided us with a better basis to make our judgment with respect to the nomination. This White House continues to stymie efforts on the part of the Senate to do its job. I hope with the next nominee who comes up for the Supreme Court that the White House recognizes that in fact it is its duty not just to the Senate but to the American people to make sure we can thoroughly and adequately evaluate the record of every single nominee who comes before us."

The eligibility issue is the most critical Constitutional issue facing the nation. To let this issue remain unresolved is, pure and simple, an act of malfeasance by our elected elitists, and fraud by the anointed on, himself.

Yep, and after looking under their desks, behind the curtains, in the flower pot, and even through a dusty book or two on European law, the US Supreme Court couldn't find one slender thread of jurisdiction that would enable them to hear the case, or one argument that convinced them of it's merit for their attention.

I have no intention of supporting the overthrow of the elected government.
To: org.whodat
And HOW is a requirement that Obambi PROVE his qualification for the office he’s occupying considered to be “overthrowing” the government?
And what about Jefferson’s famed comment about the blood of tyrants and patriots and the tree of Liberty? Or would you just put your own chains on when they came to your door?

You posted no legitimate questions??
And I guess you could say you have worn out the topic with no interest.
So you are reduce to a lame personal attack.
To: org.whodat
I posted a VERY legitimate question... since the topic is about public records, etc., it is legitimate to ask what is it about asking Obambi for his long-form BC that, in your mind, is the same as overthrowing the government? And what is it that’s so sacred about our current fedgov that they are not what Thomas Jefferson was talking about in his “Blood of Tyrants” comment? They are BOTH legit questions, but you chose to be snide about it. Why?

The public has spoken fool, the public votes in this country!! It is after the fact!!! The public can vote and change the constitution if they decide to that is basic in our form of government. You have no legitimate question however you do seem to advocate an over throw of our form of government. If that is the case take it up with Jim he has rules about that type of thing.

No, the public can amend the Constitution, but they cannot vote to abrogate it. They do, though, according to the Founding Fathers, have a responsibility to get rid of any form of government that tries to abrogate the Constitution and impose tyranny.

As long as this marxist imbecile's Constitutional eligibility remains in question, every decision he's made since his swearing in, every executive order, every treaty, every act as Pres__sent, is potentially null and void.
If he is not Constitutionally eligible for the office, everything this administration has done becomes null and void, and our system would be flooded with lawsuits, etc. The stimulus bill, everything.
Our country would be crippled under this flood.
And until this issue is resolved, this possibility hangs over each and everything this administration does, domestically and overseas.
That, in a nutshell, is what this is about.
To: org.whodat
Also, if he was found to be ineligible for the office after he left office, everything the administration had done during that time would become null and void. Imagine the legal mess that would leave us with.
To: the anti-liberal
The only thing you have correct is the nut part!! Continuing to spam threads with this BS is nuts.
To: org.whodat
It must be painful to be this stupid. Bye.
To: the anti-liberal
You posted the BS, I just pointed it out to you!! But if you keep up this wish to over throw the government you will not be here much longer.
To: org.whodat
No, stud muffin, no one is talking about OVERTHROWING our Constitutional Republic, but RESTORING it, by whatever means are needful, before it is totally gone.
Would you take up arms to prevent the loss of the Constitution to a slug like Bill Ayers? Or would you just swallow down the koolaid??? (Were I to put money on you, my bet would be the latter...)

We want to see Obama’s original birth certificate to prove that he is NOT a natural born American citizen (which is a requirement to serve as President).
We want to see passports, Obama’s Indonesia citizenship papers, Occidental College school records when he was Barry Soetoro (etc., etc., etc.).
Is Obama’s COLB a forgery? Is his military slective service registration form a forgery?

GEORGE WASHINGTON, farewell address, Sep. 19, 1796
If in the opinion of the People, the distribution or modification of the Constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpation ; for though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.
