We really will never achieve equality until we recognize that equal opportunity does not guarantee equal results. The unfortunate “victims” that carry around the chip on their shoulders against those that they perceive as being advantaged transcends gender, race and religion.

Yep!

The liberal world-view, by its very nature, defies rational thought. A rational world-view would dictate that you should judge someone by their character, not by their race, religion or sex.

Now, we have whole groups of people who insist on being judged by their race, religion or sex, and expect preferential treatment because of it. Liberals think equal rights means special rights.

-----

[From the first legal paper written for and distributed by the federal government to explain the U.S. Constitution to the American People]

By equality, in a democracy, is to be understood, equality of civil rights, and not of condition. Equality of rights necessarily produces inequality of possessions; because, by the laws of nature and of equality, every man has a right to use his faculties in an honest way, and the fruits of his labor, thus acquired, are his own. But some men have more strength than others; some more health; some more industry; and some more skill and ingenuity, than others; and according to these, and other circumstances the products of their labor must be various, and their property must become unequal. The rights of property must be sacred, and must be protected; otherwise there could be no exertion of either ingenuity or industry, and consequently nothing but extreme poverty, misery, and brutal ignorance.
St. George Tucker, "View of the Constitution of the United States" 1803
Of the Several Forms of Government, Section VI [Page 40-41]

Our children MUST be taught the REAL history of this incredible, astonishingly successful and great experiment known as America. We can no longer PASSIVELY allow our children to be indoctrinated by Secular Progressives with their angry, bitter liberal perverted view of our great country.

This is my duty. I take it seriously and intend to do it well.

Parents, you MUST get involved in the PTA. Get right thinking common sense candidates elected to the school board. As the song says, “The children are our future”.

THIS is a complete waste of my time and will get in the way of my teaching my kids. Why spend all of my free time and energy trying to undo the damage public schools are doing and the to 'fix' the schools. It takes far less time and effort to avoid that damage in the first place. Instead I will direct all of my energies to teaching my kids right the first time. Homeschooling will give me and my wife a lot more free time than dinking around at PTAs and boards trying to bail a sinking ship. My little homeschool motor boat is faster than the public school Titanic ever was.

I was working at a concert for a very liberal folksinger (not protecting the name. I genuinely don’t remember it). It was the usual liberal/commie crowd. Two men had shirts that read, “Capitalism is the devil’s wet dream.” Knowing there had been no free tickets given out for this concert and having seen the high prices for it, I had to hold my tongue not to ask how much they paid for their tickets — and the Obama stump speech.

“From Africa to Slavery room by our male guide.”

Did you ask him if he was aware that slavery still exists, in some parts of Africa?

No. But I did ask it of the others in the group where he could hear. I also let them know that African chieftains were upset over whites outlawing slavery.

Yeah, nobody likes to see their business going down the drain!
