The White House finally got around to releasing a statement on the jihadi attack against our troops at the Arkansas military recruitment center.
Here is the entire statement:
“I am deeply saddened by this senseless act of violence against two brave young soldiers who were doing their part to strengthen our armed forces and keep our country safe. I would like to wish Quinton Ezeagwula a speedy recovery, and to offer my condolences and prayers to William Long’s family as they mourn the loss of their son.”
“Senseless?” It made perfectly good sense to a vengeful Muslim convert jihadi bent on “killing as many people in the Army as he could.”
For contrast, here is Obama’s full statement on the Tiller murder, issued just hours after the shooting:
I am shocked and outraged by the murder of Dr. George Tiller as he attended church services this morning. However profound our differences as Americans over difficult issues such as abortion, they cannot be resolved by heinous acts of violence.

lately, words really fail me. I think I am like Dorothy parker who said just when she felt she was outraged beyond all telling, something else happened.
I cannot keep up with the daily, hourly outrages.
I feel buried by it all,,it is hard to stick with an idea about the latest outrage what with the next one.

This was issued to defuse criticism, and for no other reason.
If it was perpetrated by a newly converted Jihadist, it must be “random” adn “senseless”. If it was perpetrated by a mentally ill conservative, it must be premeditated and conspiratorial.

I agree. I have told some of my fellow conservatives at work that it is like a tsunami of evil that hits again & again without letup. I pray multiple times every day, but I literally cannot understand how God allows such evil (obooooooombi) to not only succeed but to actually prosper in the process. I shake my head 50-100 times a day in disbelief.
I guess it could have been worse. He could have congratulated the Muslim warrior who ambushed the soldiers.
Maybe the Obama team thought the victims needed to be vetted first. /sarc

Words completely failed me when I read this earlier. Obvious this Administration could care less and only released something when pressed by Fox. This is too little and too late IMO.

The two announcements regarding the shootings reveal how angry he was about one and how ‘just sad’ he was about the other.
Where’s the special protection for our recruiters, you know, the kind proved for abortion doctors since the shooting?

Sometimes the rage I feel just doesn't translate into words. I have taught my baby girl to make a loud rasberry every time 0 comes on the TV screen. I have to be very careful when I see him not to let her hear the REALLY bad stuff I mutter under my breath.
What I don’t get is I can’t find this at the White House website. I wonder if they just did the statement and he hates our military so much they deleted it at the White House site. I wouldn’t put anything past him.
