Carol McDonald Blackwood resident Carol Stevens McDonald [nee Scott], formerly of Brielle, died on Friday, Oct. 26. She was 58 years old. She was the beloved wife of Mark; devoted mother of Andrea and Francis; and loving daughter of Lillian Scott. Carol was a retired attorney. Interment was held at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hurffville. Donations may be made in Carol’s memory to National Ovarian Cancer Coalition and mailed to NOCC, 500 NE Spanish River Boulevard., Suite 8, Boca Raton, FL 33431.

FReeper Crabbie (Carol) lost her struggle to stay alive on October 26, 2007 for those of you who wondered what happened to Crabbie and why she hasn't posted in so very long. Many of us treasured her posts and miss her very much, especially those of us who posted on the Threat Matrix threads. Crabbie (Carol) was quite an exemplary human being. Despite her own medical problems, her love and dedication to her husband, children and mother were foremost to her. Knowing Carol was an honor and privilege - certainly she was the best of FReepers.
