Never mind that there was a French military band playing in the background, for a moment the D-Day images that the cameras were capturing in Caen became surreally interchangeable with shots from a catwalk show.

Two tall women, one of them a model, were swinging in step in classic

Hey, isn't that the dyke that was married to Mark Gastineau and Sly Stallone?

It’s a gown by Michael Kors. She wore it to the Times 100 gala in NYC.

Two tall women, one of them a model, were swinging in step in classic “paired” runway formation. Both were almost identically dressed in knee-length cream with belts, bare legs and heels.

Except that one wore a thin belt at the waist, while the other wore a wide belt under her breasts. The first, looked sleek, the other one didn't.

Kors is usually very classic. Lots of attention to detail. I have several items and shoes bags and belts too...not overly expensive, especially with a sale and coupon or similar discount. Nice material and never seem to wear out.

Not always good. Could mean no reason to go shopping again!

Carly-bright, radiant, lovely, beautiful, proud. FANTASTIC

Michelle--gorilla looking face with limp straight hair (sometimes her hair when styled well can be attractive--not here), unfortunate coloring (many black women have lovely shimmering skin, Michelle's is blotchy and washed out), angry, stilted, uncomfortable, frowning. EEEEWWWW. She lacks both inward and outward beauty.

The First Lady of France would look swell in a burlap bag and Michelle 0bama..well you can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig..Michelle can wear the most expensive of designer gowns and still look like a cleaning woman.

Yes. She looks very nice there. Also the picture captured a nice angle.

Hate to agree and I would add a shorter hair style such as the one she has here as an up do is more flattering too.

OMG! Not the “Michelle is soooo stylish and beautiful” and “Barack is sooooo suave and debonair” puff pieces again! Talk about the Emperor has no clothes! Barry looks like Steve Urkel all grown up and Michelle looks like a guard at a medium-security women’s prison! Oh, and that Carol Burnett skit about using drapes to make a dress? That was a comedy act, Michelle, not a fashion tip!!

On second thought Michelle’s hair doesn’t look that bad. It is just hat we can see her unfortunate face. Not many women would shine next to Carly, but Michelle just looks like she wants to crawl back into her cave. Laura Bush would be radiant with her lovely soul shining through. There is no shine to Michelle. She is a dark creature.

The angle, accompanied with the elegant look, softens her. When she wears her hair whether up or down, I think she should continuing lowering her bangs.

Is it possible that Michelle’s waist is that high? The outfit minus that belt might have looked just fine (says the “fashion don’t”).

Where’s the difference? One’s a shrew and the other is a gold digging narcissist.

Give me a real lady like Laura Bush anyday. Her beauty outshines both.
