He’s not going to run for president or anything else, he’s just trying to sell books.
You’re probably right, and the intern/divorce/run for my life! thing will dig him down if he runs. Books do sell better when people think you’re going somewhere politically.
I watch his morning show sometimes, but the past couple of weeks it’s sold out to Starbucks and now everyone has to suck on coffee while showing the trademark on the cup. It’s sometimes like one big ad.
I am surprised that Joe could even talk with the Democrats’ member hanging from his mouth.

Whenever I watch Morning Joe (usually for just a moment before blood squirts out my eyes) I think...Joe has been Mikaized!
Joe seems like just another squishy “conservative”.
Joe believes that George W Bush was too far to the extreme right.
Can’t agree with that, defining W as the “extreme” right in some sort of false equivalency between W and the far left. His attempt to be in the moderate range effectively helps redefine the center to left-of-center which, I think, is where he is.
The only conservative line he takes is on the budget and spending. The rest of the time he just talks about how ridiculous the pubbies are for making conservative arguments against the obamabots.
Previous poster section9 suggested Joe could prove his bona fides by campaigning for repubs and becoming more partisan. I agree. Until that happens I just kinda “feel” like Joe’s a play-both-sides huckster.
