But why should we be surprised...Obama isn’t even Constitutionally qualified to be POTUS yet he holds the office...so why should these small Constitutional matters have any importance at all.

Don’t be fooled - in about an hour, chrysler will no longer exist for all prcical purposes. And there is no legal recovery against the new chrysler.

I'm afraid to tell you that this constitution of ours has been dead for years, we just have not got around to burying it. We can no longer even pretend this is a government of laws. We, conservatives, have been living in a world of fakery, make believe,and wishful thinking for the better part of 20 years. We have a government of men, fascist men at that.
