This is truly a bad day for us. Unbelievable that these people are so willing to toss aside our great Constitution.
But why should we be surprised...Obama isn’t even Constitutionally qualified to be POTUS yet he holds the office...so why should these small Constitutional matters have any importance at all.
This train is going to lead us to war...what it is going to take another 600,000+ Americans to die over stupidity like this?

In fact, the order stressed that a denial of a stay is not a decision on the merits of the underlying legal issues. What's the remedy?

There are already hundreds of billions of the new money printed and sitting in a warehouse in Bern. Amerika had to be dismantled though before the new currency could be instituted ... the dollar was a threat to hang around, but now people will gladly turn them in for the new world currency. I don’t know if Alex has covered this story (he does have an obession for the Bilderbergers), but it is real and the enemedia refuses to report any of it!

The short order was only a ruling on the stay, not the case merits.

[This will split the AFL-CIO ~ and leave the UAW hanging out to dry all by itself. . . beneficiaries of those bonds at stake were NEA members!]
AFL-CIO or Indiana taxpayers will be expected to make up the shortfall in this fund. But Obama will probably bail them out with our IOU’s.

I think the SC deemed the case weak, the harm not clearly shown ... try again ...
FDR’s Fascism took years to shut down. Finally the Democrats in Congress walked away.

"I guess secured bonds are longer secured at least not when Obama can put unsecured creditors ahead of them." We are now living in a Banana Republic. There's just no other way to describe it.

The case was weak, harm not clearly shown. I read it as if it were one of those ‘standing type’ rejections.
The wording of the order was clearly ... TRY AGAIN with a stronger better argument.
Read the fine print.

It also said there was a low probability that 4 justices would agree to hear it, no words

Don’t be fooled - in about an hour, chrysler will no longer exist for all prcical purposes. And there is no legal recovery against the new chrysler.
As soon as the sale closes, the case is moot - Indiana lost.

“Id expect a huge selloff in the US Markets tomorrow. Huge.”
I’m taking bets on how far the market will drop by the closing bell. How far does it have to fall before trading is forced to stop?
This sends a bad message to foreign holders of bonds as well. It didn’t take Zero that long to totally destroy what it took 2+ centuries to build.
Way to go you muslim piece of filth.

I'm afraid to tell you that this constitution of ours has been dead for years, we just have not got around to burying it. We can no longer even pretend this is a government of laws. We, conservatives, have been living in a world of fakery, make believe, and wishful thinking for the better part of 20 years. We have a government of men, fascist men at that. We have been betrayed by those who we have supported and now the socialists who are in the business of appointing commissars directing every part of our lives are in charge.
By failing to demand adherence to free market values and principles of individual freedom from those we supported we have brought this result on ourselves.
Without an uprising by our people we will not see any vestige of freedom in the future.

So, is it time to have the discussion about “the boxes” (soapbox, ballot box, cartridge box)?
BTW, good to see you around again, FRiend...
