It’s her state. Everyone else (especially McCain) should butt out.

You’ve got to wonder why in the H-E-double L-L he picked her to be his running mate in the first place. He USED her...and she was just too honorable, dignified, traditional, decent, and somewhat naive to realize that this small man was only interested in using her to advance his “political” cause.

And it will probably always be that way until they START.

any politician blocking drilling in ANWR and offshore is an enemy of the state. (US, that is)

McCain? Is he the guy who picked the best VP candidate he could have and then turned on her? And yet just today on John Ziegler's radio show Gov. Palin was asked about McCain again. She said she loved McCain, she would NEVER say a negative word about him and she loved him as an American hero.
The difference between class and no class.

No surprise. One would logically expect a spineless piece of trash to vote like a --well-- spineless piece of trash.
The point is moot with the loss of evidence and the passage of time but I increasingly believe this senator was turned in Hanoi. His subsequent record of backstabbing has the hallmarks of traumatic re-enactment of his execution of harm against his countrymen.

Ive heard that it will be 10 yrs before we get any oil anyway. Congress said it would take 10 years before we could be energy independent in 1973. So they talked and talked but took no action, they gave up.
The republicans and democrats have been lying and stalling for over 35 years, to hell with both parties.

"There is no rational reason for not drilling there." There's no reason for not drilling ANYWHERE. The impact of oil drilling is tiny. The whole "we can't drill there (or there, or there, or anywhere)" is simply eco-fanatic BS.

"Recall the Republican Congress was taking a strong anti-intervention stance on Kosovo..... Whereupon McCain grabbed every microphone he could get, made serial appearances on the Sunday shows and publicly expressed his complete support for Clinton and "the legitimate aspirations of the Kosovars"."That is when I knew the game was rigged.
McCain happily took all the money that the Albanian Mafia could stuff into his campaign chest to "buy Kosovo" from him and the Democrats. And the Albanian Mafia is who is in charge in Kosovo now -- drugs, sex slaving, money-laundering and people trafficking -- all very profitable businesses with plenty of money to bribe politicians. McCain turned his back on fellow Republicans (including Tom Tancredo) who were standing up to Clinton, many of whom even sued Clinton for ignoring the Constitution.
Want to know where McCain's loyalty lies? Follow the money. He has faith in nothing else.

The 10 year figure, advanced by the anti-oil propagandists, was based on expected court battles and environmental wacko-inspired delays, in addition to the normal process of development-- which under politically healthy circumstances would be a couple of years max.

I vote we no longer use McCain and Palin in the same sentence.

Certainly is... and with gas going back up like the temperature this time of year -— VERY bad move on his part! NOW will J.D. decide to run???

She doesn’t need to shift anywhere..... people need to get off their keisters and start voting in primaries! Turnout in VA was less than 5% today.

Palin should stick a fork in Juan. She should run against him in the senate race, in Arizona. You don't have to be a resident to run for the Senate since Bobby Kennedy, or the house either for that matter.

Neither did GW, for that matter. There's too much painful truth in that statement.
Bush did veto one bill pertaining to abortion and I think that was it. There may have been one other.
