What makes you think that it is likely that he will graduate to people? You do realize that serial killers often have a history of animal abuse, but that isn’t the same thing as animal abusers all becoming serial killers...don’t you?

Consider the cost of $30,000 per year to keep this boy in jail. For 40 years that is over 1 million dollars. As despicable as he is, that is just ridiculous.
