Only a full commitment to a bloody destruction of the IRGC, the complete removal of the current government and of course the killing off of all the Mullahs or giving them a chance to flee (without their vast holdings and other perks) will bring about some semblance of a path to eventual westernized democracy and government. Otherwise nothing will change.
And I will throw in. A complete change of who they want to partner with. The Russians must be taken out of the equation.
