Can the US Constitution survive dictator Obama?

In light of the now almost daily bombardment of the US Constitution by the sitting US Commander in Chief, the question 'is our Constitution still the law of the land?' is increasingly being asked by We-the-People. The problem of Barack Hussein Obama seeming not to be a natural-born citizen is still an extremely salient issue — an issue that has led Obama to hire a team of lawyers to keep all information on his actual country of birth and all of his college records hidden. The latest estimate on the fees charged to do so is over $1Million. This, coupled with Obama's continued and strong apparent push to completely bankrupt the USA and turn it into his own personal totalitarian utopia has led to unprecedented actions by some US citizens.

Recently, retired Navy Commander Walter Francis Fitzpatrick III filed a criminal complaint of Treason against Barack Hussein Obama. This has prompted other individuals around the country to do the same. As our Republic now stands on the brink of complete collapse, I thought an interview of Commander Fitzpatrick was in order....

The moral and philosophical indications for a revolution exist right now. It is a much different question, however, to ask if the revolution will take place.

Either it is treason or it is mutiny. And Commander Fitzpatrick has *not* been brought up on charges of mutiny. Perhaps because a defendant always has standing. At all costs Obama will avoid his secrets being uncovered by someone with legal standing.

It doesn’t look like it. The Republicans in Washington are more concerned with being polite than supporting the Constitution, and most Americans don’t have a clue.

So true. They will not support any activity that threatens their govt check. Too damn many sheeple are bought and paid for.

I’m afraid the Constitution was largely irrelevant before Hussein was even sworn in. He just happens to be the president in office to flush it down and finish it off.

These state sovereignty initiatives, be they 10th amendment sovereignty resolutions or the gun law nullification laws,

are going to be the signal to most patriots when they are violated by the feds.

They’ll bring in some jackboots and that’s when it’ll get interesting.

"... the Constitution is moot" ...

That's been bothering me too. People keep saying "That's Unconstitutional" ... so? What's anybody doing about it. I love having the Constitution, I got tears in my eyes when I looked at it from 2 feet away recently. But does it have any clout? Is anybody going to jail to protect it?

What he did was to write an open letter to Obama making the accusation, and apparently it was also sent to his US district attorney.

We could all write to our district attorneys and request - nay demand- investigations and/or grand jury inquiries. Find your United States District Attorney here:

Obedience to the Constitution will only be reinvigorated by the efforts of the American people. It will require a literal 2nd American revolution...the armed taking of Washington and dismissal of our “elected” representatives. And nothing will spark this mass action short of the criminals in DC overturning the 2nd amendment. We’ve put up with theft of our money and the trampling of our rights of free speech and religion. But I believe tens of millions will stand up against the theft of their guns.

The US Constitution has been effectively a Dead Letter for decades now. It was killed by the idea that it was a "living document"—which was nothing more than a rationalization whose sole purpose is and was to excuse failures to abide by Constitutional requirements.

Free from constitutional restraint, and following your criminal example, military commanders deployed U.S. Army active duty combat troops into the small civilian community of Samson, Alabama last week in a demonstration of their newly received despotic, domestic police power.
