William Shatner became one of the all-time nightmare guests on an American TV show after making a series of rude hand gestures at the host.
Red-faced and visibly sweating the 78-year-old Star Trek actor appeared out of sorts on the long-running Tonight Show.
He appeared on the programme, hosted by Conan O'Brien, to promote his biography and up-coming TV series. William Shatner
Out of order: William Shatner flicked his middle finger at host Conan O'Brien during an interview on the Tonight Show in the U.S.
But his behaviour got so bad at one point new host Conan O'Brien walked off stage before getting on his table and shouting: 'What is wrong with you.'
Network bosses blurred out the Captain Kirk actor's gestures in the broadcast.
The actor mimed masturbation and flicked the finger at host Conan during the interview.

Guess he’s pissed he didn’t get a cameo role in the last Star Trek movie like Leonar Nimoy.

What’s the problem? BO flicked a middle finger at Hillary during the campaign and his followers thought he was very clever.

If my wife died like his did I might never recover. Who knows? Maybe the poor guy got sucked into the shrink machine and is on 5 different medications right now. It happens to a lot of the Hollyweird crowd. Most of us can’t afford to see shrinks so they can’t f*** us up.

Say what you want about Shatner but he’s got the greatest version of “Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds” ever recorded and you can’t take that away from him.
To: GeorgiaDawg32
At least Shatner isn’t boring. No matter what, he will pull some amusing stunt or retransformation.

Just look at the music world and the filth they put out "FOR YOUR KIDS"....or the "sex ads" on TV....which are no longer confined to late night...or "Girls Gone Wild"...or all the "go gay" shows
The whole industry lacks morals and good taste.
To: Crazieman
He must think he’s still on Boston Legal. Denny Crain would surely flip the finger at Conan. Actually, so would I.

No, no, that was the BAD Captain Kirk, from the episode "Turnabout Intruder"! Nobody knew he was recreating an Star Trek episode.

Well, that might work as an excuse for a room full of trekkies.
