Posted on 06/18/2009 2:55:24 PM PDT by STARWISE
So in a talk before a local business group, former President George W. Bush finally responded to all the mud thrown at him the previous five months.
In the speech, Bush defended his policies regarding enhanced interrogation and rejected the idea of government-run health care. And to top it off, he said the new White House dog sucks.
Well, that dog part isnt true, but it doesnt matter. Because I already know how this is going to be played by the media - a group who takes any criticism toward Obama as a personal insult.
After all, Obama isnt just the man. Hes their man. Im sure right now, Chris Matthews is taking an extra dose of meds to control the thrill.

The new White House dog sucks....If only.
I would like W to just say “I wish Obama was more like JFK than Jimmy Carter”. Then leave it at that.
“..President George W. Bush finally responded to all the mud thrown at him the previous five months.”
Wish he had done it in the past 8 years so that this country did have to end up with what we have now in the WH.
“And lastly, Bush didnt start this war of words. He should have every right to take aim at the new administrations policies if only because for the past five months or so, Obama has been blaming Bush for everything from global warming to his lousy bowling.”
Got that right. That “Blame Bush” mentality carried over. obozo couldn’t stop his spew, and took the first potshots. Hope George gives that sorry POS occupying the WH a good number of potshots aimed dead center at obozo.
President Bush is responding in exactly the right way to get this country headed back in the right direction. Its the socialist policies that have to be exposed. If any other republican says it, the media will not cover it. If Bush or Cheney talk, because of the media’s disdain of these two men, they may cover it, and the people should want to read it all. Maybe, if we’re lucky.
Whatever he says or does, he will be a gentleman! That’s for sure!
Zero.....not so much!
I wish he had lost his first race so that Gore could have been our president on 911.
I wish Kerry would have beat him in the second race so that a real Nam hero could have been leading the country.
I am wishing that Obama finds some way to lead our country for the next 20 or 30 years.
Yes indeed, Obama is Bush’s fault all the way. If he only been more like Bill Clinton we would all be better off.
Get over yourself. This is not Bush’s problem!
If you are too stupid to be able to tell that I was being sarcastic to yet another damn Bush bash post, you should find a different hobby.
Now, you get over yourself, fool.
