She should resign. What a disgrace.
She could demonstrate her sincerity by going away. Far away.
Is anyone else sick of this phony, “save your ass” apology crap, as it means nothing. Let her comment stand on it’s own.
Insult and scorn is a very heavy part of leftist, liberal and RINO-enabler control tactics, and when called on it, they are the first to scream that they are being abused. It’s sickening, and it’s meant to be, to get people to give up against their brazen displays of utter hypocrisy and aggressive contempt. That’s why it’s so nice this issue has stuck against Madam Boxer - people are getting fed up with the technique, and those use it, and those who protect its use.
Anything that can expose, humiliate, and teach a lesson to this harpy is most welcome and appreciated.
Can we please stop with all the apologizing already? What is the point?
Like this is something we really need to worry about. The MSM needs to die.
A world turned up-side-down.

I don’t care either way. Apologize or not.
What does it matter.
She doesn’t mean it if she is forced to say it.
All of these pieces of garbage should be thrown out. No matter how many times they apologize for whatever crap they have done.
I am sooooo over the false apologies.
Had I been the general, I would have paused for several seconds while staring at Boxer, and then said, “Yes mam, Senator.”
Not at all. She’s a feminist ditz and proved it. The General probably doesn’t give a sh*t.
I agree. She does not need to apologize. She is what she is. Full of delusions of grandeur, and an unrepentant abuser of the power of her office. Just call her 'your highness' from now on and be done with it...
No apology without genuine repentance needed. And I'd expect hell to frost over before we see genuine repentance from the likes of Ms. Boxer.
Agree completely.
Conservative Republicans must learn to turn our Elephant
tusks into fangs and go on the offensive.

By the time a guy gets to be a General he’s heard it all.
Yes, Yakuza style.
I think she should renounce her citizenship then relocate to the bottom of the deepest part of the ocean, and stay there.
For inflicting her retardation on our state......for not having the brains to pour piss out of a boot.....for acting like she's intelligent when in fact she's barely qualified to be a sales clerk in the brassiere department at Sears.
There's not time enough for her to apologize for all that she's done.
The best way she could say she is sorry is to resign. To dress down a member of our military in public is despicable. Especially when the person she is dumping on earned his star doing his best to give her the freedom to be a Senator.
Disgusting human being is SENATOR Boxer.
The hard thing is to not be baited into rage, because then you are seen as the aggressor. It's not fair or easy, but steady focus on the facts of their abuse, and calm, unceasing descriptions of their own hypocrisy must be made against a torrent of filth and garbage that pour from liberals, while they wait for the one speck of irritation to show in their abused targets.
The more people practice this, the less acceptance of the garbage will be tolerated, until it is finally "seen" for the massive aggression it really is, and stopped as it should be right off the bat. It is not in any way an equal situation, and they count on that with everything they've got, because their actual positions are indefensible and they know it.

I think the best attitude to the whole thing is Senator Boxer has just stated that she is NO LADY. That seems reasonable to me.
There are dozens of ways to address Boxer, Senator and Mama are not on that list. In fact, I can’t post my list.
No. I hate fake apologies.
I would like to see her voted out.
“....to dress down a member of our military in public is despicable. Especially when the person she is dumping on earned his star doing his best to give her the freedom to be a Senator...”
Well said.
You do not slam a General in public the way she did.
The really obnoxious part of the statement was telling a General how “hard I worked for that title.” Can you imagine saying that to a military man, who has seen and heard of battles that lasted for days, in foxholes, beaches, and ships, watching their brethen die for freedom so that bitch can have the title “Senator” and the cushy job that comes along with it.” She is disgusting.
Absolutely NOT!
It is a basic part of military culture to say sir and maam to every civilian, especially while a serviceman is wearing his uniform and speaking for his service. A maggot like Boxer, who has never served a day in the military, would never understand this. You would think a US Senator would at least have a clue. But no, not Boxer. Boxer is a simpleton, a freaking idiot.
Boxer’s behavior is exactly the kind of boorish behavior you should expect from the most stupid human being to ever set foot in the Capitol Building.
NO WAY should this p.o.s address a general, or a private for that matter, in any way - - not to say “I’m sorry,” or anything else. Boxer needs to stay as far away from the defenders of America as possible.
The only time an apology is worth anything is when the person does it immediately — and with sincere heart -—without having to be made to give one.
An apology now is as meaningless as those who confess to being really sorry for hurting others — after been found in a sex or business scandal and outed by others.
She’s an idiot. I lived in her district when she got her start and she was basically a lefty soccer mom who somehow had enough of a cushion (tolerant husband, I would assume) to get ahead.
She’s always been a raving flake and I was surprised that she made it as far as she did, even in California - except that you have to realize she was living in an area where towns forbade the wearing of deodorant because the scent might provoke the “chemically sensitive,” and people wrapped their telephones in tinfoil so the rays couldn’t get to them.
A: A Pygmy is a cunning runt.
She was a total hillaryotch.. Probably tells people to not look her in the eye too.
We already know she’s a hack, but unless she’s gotten a bill through Congress changing military terminology, she’s still a ma’am ~
What is it with these “apology” requests/demands? What the hell is an apology worth, coming from vermin like Barbara Boxer, David Letterman, all of them? Such a candy-ass approach to answering such a destructive opposition. Apologies. Gimme a fricken break. They need to feel significant ramifications. And by ‘feel’ it, I mean ‘feel’ it.
She’s actually Dustin Hoffman in drag....
Guaranteed that's the only kind she's capable of giving, given her arrogant attitude to the General. Goes to show her lack of respect for the US military if anything IMHO.
Yes, but we have nobody like that. I don't believe a single Republican had the spine to stand up for that general.
No fighters...
Oh well. My checkbook remains slammed shut.
No, she should just resign.
That’s a fact. Like I said it’s just red meat for all her voters. It was a stunt.
I would have said..."no" re an apology from Mistress Boxer.
Why?
By now, most men and women in uniform, and their families, and veterans, and their families have seen Mistress Boxer demand tribute from a flag officer.
And by now, the military community and their admirers must have concluded what a snotty, arrogant, condescending, Military-hating, power-mad strumpet is this woman.
Mistress (and sadly, Senator from my state) Boxer's self-aggrandizing demand from the Brigadier General is actually a clear window into how this woman elevates her self before others; and, how her primary point of pride about being a (are you seated?) politician is that she "worked hard" to get the title (saying nothing about her great state or her constituents.)
Were Mistress Boxer to apologize now, it would just spoil the marvelously unifying sound-bite.
.
96% yes she should, 3% no. Pretty close vote:)
The only thing Boxer should apologize for is her continued presence on the planet.
I get at least 3 emails and regular mail a week now. I used to support the party. I see no reason anymore, maybe they can ask Obama for a bailout.
No, Senator Boxer should say “I finally realize what everyone else knew about me. I take my life with the only regret being I didn’t do it sooner. Agggghhh...”
