When will Europe and the UN allow us to get involved?

All the more reason why we should support them if not in action or deed then certainly by word.

Likely scenario--

Protesters get tired of militia and police killing demonstrators and throw Molotov cocktails into police stations in middle of night. They track militia members to homes and drag them out after hours and make example of them.

Whenever anyone kills a fellow countryman at the government's behest there will be hell to pay....

Her name was Neda, which in Persian means divine message or voice. Search the bold text and you will see her look into the camera in one last pleading defiant act.

At 19:05 June 20th, Place: Karekar Ave., at the corner crossing Khosravi St. and Salehi st.

A young woman who was standing aside with her father watching the protests was shot by a basij member hiding on the rooftop of a civilian house. He had clear shot at the girl and could not miss her. However, he aimed straight her heart. I am a doctor, so I rushed to try to save her. But the impact of the gunshot was so fierce that the bullet had blasted inside the victim’s chest, and she died in less than 2 minutes.

The protests were going on about 1 kilometers away in the main street and some of the protesting crowd were running from tear gass used among them, towards Salehi St.

May God hear my prayers for the soul of Neda, the divine message. May He give her peace and the freedom that she died seeking. May He also bless the ones who bring the light of truth to my eyes, so that those who seek darkness fail.

“The more the Iranian government cracks down, the more power they put in the hands of the dissident factions..”

.
The Iranian government has not even begun to crack down on the dissidents.

Where is the UN? Where is Jimmy Carter? Where are all the human rights groups? This is disgusting.

So where’s the Johnny-on-the-spot United Nations?

Oh gawd, you want to inflict them on the Iranians too?

‘You know I feel kind of embarrassed that I may TALK a good game of dissent but those people are sacrificing their lives for freedom.’

I know. I feel the same way. I sometimes wish I was there. I don’t exactly know what I’d do if I WAS there, but sitting here watching video clips and reading coverage of the events just doesn’t seem good enough. Maybe I’d feel a little better if we had an American president instead of a Kenyan national who’s taking his orders from some of the worst dregs on the planet. An American president would speak on behalf of us and on behalf of all freedom-loving citizens of the world. This douchebag doesn’t know what to do.

Amen to that.

My bet is you will not hear a peep from any of the entities you listed.

And even if you do, it will be such a muted watered down statement, it will make you sick to your stomach.

Don't we all.

The Iranian people are standing up, unarmed, to a brutal dictatorship, and giving their lives for their freedom. They are facing up to odds that we Americans will never have to face in our own internal struggles to come.

I hope we remember them well, and do them (and our ancestors) proud this coming 9/12 in DC.

The irony of Ahmadinejad now being in president of a country being torn apart by rioting students is stunning considering he was one of those “students” responsible for taking Americans hostage for 444 days. Wondering if he thinks student activists are such a great thing at this point?

They are all complete and utter cowards. Even from the safety of thousands of miles distance, they sit mute.

The left has only the "courage" to attack the good - never the truly evil.

That is because the left IS evil and the further left you are the more evil you are.

Oh yes, the hard-core leftists are most definitely evil, but your rank and file moonbat liberals are who I'm referring to.

They don't have the stones to look real, blood-dripping evil in the face, and spit in its eye.

They save all of their vitriol and hatred for safe targets, like conservatives and patriots, who want nothing more than the freedom and liberty promised to every American by the Founders.
