TEHRAN, Iran (CNN) -- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will be sworn in for a second term sometime between July 26 and August 19, state-run media reported Tuesday.

Many Iranians who have disputed the official outcome of the June 12 vote have taken to the streets to protest the results.

The Guardian Council -- Iran's election authority -- declared Ahmadinejad the winner with 62.63 percent of the vote. His closest rival, Mir Hossein Moussavi, received 33.75 percent, according to official results that surprised experts who expected him to win.

The Iranian parliament's board of directors announced Tuesday that Ahmadinejad will be sworn in and will present his new Cabinet to parliament during the 3½-week period, government-funded Press TV reported, citing the official Islamic Republic News Agency.

From what I have read, I’m not convinced that Amanutjob didn’t legitimately win. But I support the rebellion against this regime.

You said — From what I have read, I’m not convinced that Amanutjob didn’t legitimately win. But I support the rebellion against this regime.

Ummm.., that’s like supporting one Democrat over another Democrat... LOL... You still end up with a Democrat...

I mean, one Muslim winning is just as good as the next Muslim winning. Since the Koran and Sharia law does not accord with Western laws and the principles of democracy — and in fact believes that Democracy is a tool of the devil (to Muslims) and that Sharia law must be instituted... I don’t see too much good with one Muslim candidate over another Muslim candidate, in Iran, since each candidate was approved to run by the mullahs in Iran... LOL...

...the kind of swearing in that will involve the “Seven Words You Can’t Say on Television” in Farsi...
