When published in hardback in 2006, Peter Lances investigative book, Triple Cross, deserved more attention than it got.
Thanks to U.S Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald, the prosecutor of Scooter Libby and Rod Blagojevich, the paperback release of Triple Cross will get much more attention than the hardback release did three years ago.
"Of particular interest to me, Lance details how the Ali Mohamed case intersected with the TWA Flight 800 case, a subject that Lance is not afraid to tackle."
Fitzgerald does not approve of the books thesis, a thesis embedded in the original subtitle, How Bin Ladens Master Spy Penetrated the CIA, the Green Berets and the FBI and Why Patrick Fitzgerald Failed to Stop Him. And he is doing everything he can to prevent the books paperback publication.

Jack Cashill and Peter Lance are experts on the OKC bombing and the explosion of TWA 800.
Lance is a five-time Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter and former correspondent for ABC News, and the author of 1000 Years for Revenge, Cover Up and the novel First Degree Burn, and Triple Cross.
Jack Cashill and James Sanders' First Strike: TWA Flight 800 and the Attack on America explains how a determined corps of ordinary citizens worked to reveal the compromise and corruption that tainted the federal investigation. With an impressive array of facts, Jack Cashill and James Sanders show the relationship between events in July 1996 and September 2001 and proclaim how and why the American government has attempted to cover up the truth.
Cashill says it's time to reopen the TWA 800 case. Tonight he'll tell us why.
"Nearly thirteen years after the destruction of TWA Flight 800 off the coast of Long Island, I had begun to think that the case was a dead issue, but then two unexpected and unrelated events caused me to think otherwise." -- Jack Cashill
How does that tie in with Peter Lance's book "Triple Cross" about the Oklahoma City bombing?
Tune in tonight to find out. You don't want to miss this. Link to LISTEN here.
He also mentions Sotomayor WRT the TWA 800 case. Fascinating.
I am stunned by the fact that it was cross-posted to Free Republic and surprised to be confronted with legal language. I was not expecting this type of a response. I dont personally have an opinion about the situation, and I believe that Ann could be swayed by further information as well. Comment by Rory Litwin June 5, 2009 @ 1:35 pm
Wonder what was so "stunning" about someone on FR posting it?
I remember Fitz’ rant in front of the microphones, trying Blago in the court of public opinion. Blago may be a crrok, but Fitz is supposed to be an officer of the court and I’m not surprised to hear he’s quick to abuse his position.
1 Able Danger was stopped because the Clintons didn’t want something known.
2 Other Countries can do the Able Danger thing, and have, and they know everything, even in the USA.
3 Fitzgerald is a Commie fellow traveller. He goes after Reps, and if he lights on a Dem, it’s only to silence him.
Fitzgerald belongs in prison for the way he handled the Libby case.
