Obama, the African Colonial

Had Americans been able to stop obsessing over the color of Barack Obama's skin and instead paid more attention to his cultural identity, maybe he would not be in the White House today. The key to understanding him lies with his identification with his father, and his adoption of a cultural and political mindset rooted in postcolonial Africa.

Like many educated intellectuals in postcolonial Africa, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. was enraged at the transformation of his native land by its colonial conqueror. But instead of embracing the traditional values of his own tribal cultural past, he embraced an imported Western ideology, Marxism. I call such frustrated and angry modern Africans who embrace various foreign "isms", instead of looking homeward for repair of societies that are broken, African Colonials. They are Africans who serve foreign ideas.

The tropes of America's racial history as a way of understanding all things black are useless in understanding the man who got his dreams from his father, a Kenyan exemplar of the African Colonial.

Before I continue, I need to say this: I am a first generation born West African-American woman whose parents emigrated to the U.S. in the 1970's from the country now called Nigeria. I travel to Nigeria frequently. I see myself as both a proud American and as a proud Igbo (the tribe that we come from -- also sometimes spelled Ibo). Politically, I have always been conservative (though it took this past election for me to commit to this once and for all!); my conservative values come from my Igbo heritage and my place of birth. Of course, none of this qualifies me to say what I am about to -- but at the same time it does.

My friends, despite what CNN and the rest are telling you, Barack Obama is nothing more than an old school African Colonial who is on his way to turning this country into one of the developing nations that you learn about on the National Geographic Channel. Many conservative (East, West, South, North) African-Americans like myself -- those of us who know our history -- have seen this movie before. Here are two main reasons why many Americans allowed Obama to slip through the cracks despite all of his glaring inconsistencies:

First, Obama has been living on American soil for most of his adult life. Therefore, he has been able to masquerade as one who understands and believes in American democratic ideals. But he does not. Barack Obama is intrinsically undemocratic and as his presidency plays out, this will become more obvious. Second, and most importantly, too many Americans know very little about Africa. The one-size-fits-all understanding that many Americans (both black and white) continue to have of Africa might end up bringing dire consequences for this country.

Contrary to the way it continues to be portrayed in mainstream Western culture, Africa is not a continent that can be solely defined by AIDS, ethnic rivalries, poverty and safaris. Africa, like any other continent, has an immense history defined by much diversity and complexity. Africa's long-standing relationship with Europe speaks especially to some of these complexities -- particularly the relationship that has existed between the two continents over the past two centuries. Europe's complete colonization of Africa during the nineteenth century, also known as the Scramble for Africa, produced many unfortunate consequences, the African colonial being one of them.

The African colonial (AC) is a person who by means of their birth or lineage has a direct connection with Africa. However, unlike Africans like me, their worldviews have been largely shaped not by the indigenous beliefs of a specific African tribe but by the ideals of the European imperialism that overwhelmed and dominated Africa during the colonial period. AC's have no real regard for their specific African traditions or histories.  AC's use aspects of their African culture as one would use pieces of costume jewelry: things of little or no value that can be thoughtlessly discarded when they become a negative distraction, or used on a whim to decorate oneself in order to seem exotic. (Hint: Obama's Muslim heritage).

On the other hand, AC's strive to be the best at the culture that they inherited from Europe. Throughout the West, they are tops in their professions as lawyers, doctors, engineers, Ivy League professors and business moguls; this is all well and good. It's when they decide to engage us as politicians that things become messy and convoluted.

The African colonial politician (ACP) feigns repulsion towards the hegemonic paradigms of Western civilization. But at the same time, he is completely enamored of the trappings of its aristocracy or elite culture. The ACP blames and caricatures whitey to no end for all that has gone wrong in the world. He convinces the masses that various forms of African socialism are the best way for redressing the problems that European colonialism motivated in Africa. However, as opposed to really being a hard-core African Leftist who actually believes in something, the ACP uses socialist themes as a way to disguise his true ambitions: a complete power grab whereby the "will of the people" becomes completely irrelevant.

Barack Obama is all of the above. The only difference is that he is here playing (colonial) African politics as usual.  

In his 1995 memoir, Dreams From My Father -- an eloquent piece of political propaganda -- Obama styles himself as a misunderstood intellectual who is deeply affected by the sufferings of black people, especially in America and Africa. In the book, Obama clearly sees himself as an African, not as a black American. And to prove this, he goes on a quest to understand his Kenyan roots. He is extremely thoughtful of his deceased father's legacy; this provides the main clue for understanding Barack Obama.

Barack Obama Sr. was an African colonial to the core; in his case, the apple did not fall far from the tree. All of the telltale signs of Obama's African colonialist attitudes are on full display in the book -- from his feigned antipathy towards Europeans to his view of African tribal associations as distracting elements that get in the way of "progress".  (On p. 308 of Dreams From My Father, Obama says that African tribes should be viewed as an "ancient loyalties".)

Like imperialists of Old World Europe, the ACP sees their constituents not as free thinking individuals who best know how to go about achieving and creating their own means for success. Instead, the ACP sees his constituents as a flock of ignorant sheep that need to be led -- oftentimes to their own slaughter.

Like the European imperialist who spawned him, the ACP is a destroyer of all forms of democracy.

Here are a few examples of what the British did in order to create (in 1914) what is now called Nigeria and what Obama is doing to you: 

1. Convince the people that "clinging" to any aspect of their cultural (tribal) identity or history is bad and regresses the process of "unity". British Imperialists deeply feared people who were loyal to anything other than the state. "Tribalism" made the imperialists have to work harder to get people to just fall in line. Imperialists pitted tribes against each other in order to create chaos that they then blamed on ethnic rivalry. Today many "educated" Nigerians, having believed that their traditions were irrelevant, remain completely ignorant of their ancestry and the history of their own tribes.
2. Confiscate the wealth and resources of the area that you govern by any means necessary in order to redistribute wealth. The British used this tactic to present themselves as empathetic and benevolent leaders who wanted everyone to have a "fair shake". Imperialists are not interested in equality for all. They are interested in controlling all.  
3. Convince the masses that your upper-crust university education naturally puts you on an intellectual plane from which to understand everything even when you understand nothing. Imperialists were able to convince the people that their elite university educations allowed them to understand what Africa needed. Many of today's Nigerians-having followed that lead-hold all sorts of degrees and certificates-but what good are they if you can't find a job?   
4. Lie to the people and tell them that progress is being made even though things are clearly becoming worse.  One thing that the British forgot to mention to their Nigerian constituents was that one day, the resources that were being used to engineer "progress" (which the British had confiscated from the Africans to begin with!) would eventually run out. After WWII, Western Europe could no longer afford to hold on to their African colonies. So all of the counterfeit countries that the Europeans created were then left high-and-dry to fend for themselves. This was the main reason behind the African independence movements of the1950 and 60's. What will a post-Obama America look like?
5. Use every available media outlet to perpetuate the belief that you and your followers are the enlightened ones-and that those who refuse to support you are just barbaric, uncivilized, ignorant curmudgeons.  This speaks for itself.

America, don't be fooled. The Igbos were once made up of a confederacy of clans that ascribed to various forms of democratic government. They took their eyes off the ball and before they knew it, the British were upon them. Also, understand this: the African colonial who is given too much political power can only become one thing: a despot.

Enrolled is the operative word. She graduated in the summer of 1960. Her father moved to Hawaii before her mother did. He may have enrolled her because he wanted her to attend the UH.

and the U. Washington transcript which shows credit for two of the courses she took that semester. Russian and Philosophy.

I am suspicious of that entry. I'll go out on a limb here and suggest that both the OBAMA name and the Hawaii credits are later additions. Please feel free to correct me if you think that's impossible.

Now where she was from late January '61 until showing up in the Seattle area in late August of '61, there is little documentation, other than the questionable birth announcement, which legit or not, does not say where the baby was born.

I will ask you to remember the slip of the tongue by Susan Blake which she quickly attempted to retract during a telephone interview. She said she received a letter (or post-card) from Stanley Ann from a ship...in February 1961.

The transcript, both typed and computer printout version, show her enrolled as Stanley Ann Dunham Obama. Same last name as the Polk directory shows her using at the apartment.

The letter from the UW names her as Stanley Ann Dunham. No obama is mentioned.

Ms. Stanley Ann Dunham was enrolled at the University of Washington for: Autumn 1961 Winter 1962 Spring 1962

The entry from the Polk Directory lists her as Anna Obama.

It just doesn't make sense for a young girl to have that many different names, does it? There has to be a reason. Each change of name indicates something, but what?

TOUTONGHI - BACKGROUND - REQUIRES CONFIRMATION

The only Toutonghi ever listed in the Social Security death index is Lorice.

Lorice was born in 1907. Her last address was San Pedro CA.
Her last benefits were sent to Seattle Washington.

Lorice died in 1991
We do not know the year she married P. E. Toutonghi.

He was born in 1899 in Iskenderun Turkey.

He lived to be 101 years old.

He died July 7, 2000 in Seattle Washington.

Before P. E. Toutonghi arrived in the USA there was no Toutonghi’s in the states… actually I believe the name is a creation of its owner… or a named assigned to him. 9 years after his death and he is not in the SS death index.

There are zero records of anyone by the last name immigrating from Turkey, or any other country that I can find.

I believe the true born identity of this man is published in a French literary publication because. his obituary tells us, he won first prize for poetry in the late 1920’s.

He was a member of Academy of Floral Games, that’s the English translation, it’s history is long and rich. They awarded the prize.

The poem and the name of the author is in a book that I have not yet located.
The name of the poem is,” Immaculate” (yes, as in conception)

While nothing is impossible, if it was a later addition, it was done at the University, since the printout version also shows the U Hawaii courses and the Obama name.

BTW, I misstated her first semester U Hawaii GPA, it was 1.35, I was having problems with my contacts earlier in the week. It's clearer on the printout. That whole printout transcript would need to be fake, since the transfer credit information is above the main portion of the transcript.

It is possible that the name was changed, because she first registered as "Dunham", and then changed it to agree with the name she was actually using, or for some reason they filed it under "Dunham", because that's what her Mercer Island High School transcript said.

One more enigma in a very enigmatic story.

Do you have a link to the audio or video of Blake saying that about the post card? Blake's account is not the only one that puts her in Seattle in late August. Here's another, which also the lie about BHO Sr, already being at Harvard. Of course that is very odd, because how could even Stanley Ann know in early '61 that BHO Sr would eventually pick Harvard, rather than the New School or some other place for grad school? Possible SA just said grad school and people who knew was Harvard when recollecting, just put that into their recollection?

This story mentions her being in Seattle in '61, but at least implies that she didn't go to U.Wash until Spring '62, not mentioning her taking extension courses earlier.

But I think we need more than a mention of a postcard from a ship to really there was some travel on a boat. If they were married on Maui, they probably would have gone there by ship. An inter-island ferry to be sure, but a ship/boat none the less.

One could laugh, if it wasn’t so serious and sad. Both Susan Blake and Maxine Box make exactly the same mistake. But it’s not a mistake. They are telling the story as they have been told to tell it. Why do I say that? Because there’s NO WAY Stanley Ann would have made that statement...UNLESS she herself had no idea where the ‘father’ was.

If obama sr was the father, one would imagine she would have known he was still in Hawaii.

As for the SHIP, methinks if you scroll through this lengthy comment, #97 - you will find the ‘secret’ at the end.

And, what we do know now, is that Mary Toutonghi was manager of the apartment block and her father was connected to the UW. Both of them in perfect positions to tweak reality.

U.S. Gulf ports, U.S./Canadian Great Lakes and Atlantic ports, Freetown, Monrovia, Takoradi, Tema (Accra), Lagos, Port Harcourt, Douala.

All of those are on the West coast of Africa, the closest, Douala, is over 1,000 miles from Kenya. Not an easy 1000 miles, especially in '61. You'd have to go across what was pretty much a war zone at that time.

Following a years’ study in the Chinese language at Peking University, People’s Republic of China, Du Bois took up residence in Cairo, Egypt in 1960. He lectured at Cairo University in American Literature; was News Editor of THE EGYPTIAN GAZETTE; was reporter and Features Editor for the Middle East News and Features Service agency; announcer and program writer for Radio Cairo’s English language transmissions to North America, and, North African public relations consultant to the Ghana Government under President Kwame Nkrumah.

In 1972, Du Bois returned to the U.S. where he lectured at the School of Criminology, University of California, Berkeley in African-American Studies.

From 1973 through 1975, Du Bois was Editor-in-Chief of THE BLACK PANTHER, the weekly newspaper of the Black Panther Party published in Oakland, California.

A novel, AND BID HIM SING, authored by Du Bois and based on the experiences of African-Americans in Egypt in the period leading up to the 1967 war, was published in 1973, by Rampart Press, Palo Alto, California.

Du Bois returned to Egypt in 1977, and now makes Cairo his second home. He is an Associate Editor of the San Francisco-based Pacific News Service, and returns to the University of Massachusetts, at Amherst, Massachusetts Spring semesters as Visiting Professor in Journalism and African-American Studies.

Frank Marshall Davis was active in the Chicago Communist Party until he moved to Hawaii in late 1948.

I speculated in this post that Davis may have known left wing journalist Vernon Jarrett in post war Chicago. A connection would be significant because the Jarrett family has played a very important role in Obama's rise to power.

Both Jarrett and Davis worked in the communist dominated South Side Community Art Center and on the communist influenced Chicago Defender newspaper, in late 1940s Chicago.

I have since found conclusive evidence that Davis and Jarrett not only knew each other, but worked together in another Communist Party dominated organisation-The Citizen's Committee to Aid Packing House Workers.

Today Valerie Jarrett serves as one of three Senior Advisors to President Obama. She is Assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement, and Chairs the White House Commission on Women and Girls.

Frank Marshall Davis works closely in communist causes with Vernon Jarrett in Chicago. Davis moves to hawaii where he eventually meets and mentors a young Barack Obama. Then Obama moves to Chicago where his career is promoted by both Davis's old colleague Vernon Jarrett and the Communist Party. Vernon Jarrett's daughter-in-law employs Barack Obama's fiance, befriends the family and becomes one of President Obama's most trusted advisors. The Communist Party throws its entire weight behind Obama's presidential campaign.

Are we expected to believe that this is all mere coincidence?

Would there be an Obama/Jarrett relationship today, if there had been no Frank Marshall Davis/Jarrett connection through the Communist Party of post war Chicago?

What role, if any, has the modern Communist Party USA played in fostering that relationship in more recent times?

Information from Davis’s 601 page FBI file reveals that Davis (born 1905) became interested in the Communist Party as far back as 1931.

Certainly from the mid/late ‘30s to the early ‘40s Davis was involved in several Communist Party fronts including the the National Negro Congress, the League of American Writers, the National Federation for Constitutional Liberties and the Civil Rights Congress

The FBI first began tracking Davis in 1944 when they identified him as member of the Communist Party’s Dorie Miller Club in Chicago-card number 47544.

Davis taught courses at the party controlled Abraham Lincoln School in Chicago and attended meetings of the party’s Cultural Club until he left for Hawaii in 1948.

In Hawaii Davis became a columnist for a union financed, communist controlled newspaper, the Honolulu Record.

Despite going underground in 1950, the Hawaiian CP was one of the most dynamic in the US at the time. The mainland put huge resources into the Hawaiian party because the Soviets wanted the US military presence on the islands shut down. The Hawaiian CP was charged with agitating against the US military bases at every opportunity. Several times the FBI observed Davis photographing obscure Hawaiian beaches-possibly for espionage purposes.

Through its control of the Internatonal Longshore Workers Union (ILWU) the Hawaiian CP had huge influence on the local Democratic Party. In the mid ‘50s, while still a confirmed communist, Davis like many of his comrades, became an official in the local Democratic Party. The communist influence is still felt in the Hawaiian democratic party today.

At the time the underground CP was divided into two or three person independent cells. Davis led one such cell “Group 10” with his wife and one other comrade.

An extensive Senate Security Investigation in 1956 shattered the Hawaiian CP, driving the remnants completely underground where it remains to this day.

The FBI continued to monitor Davis into the ‘60s and though they found little if any party activity on the islands, he was still regarded as a “believer”.

The FBI monitored Davis for at least 19 years. They marked him down for immediate arrest should war break out between the US and the Soviet Union-an honour reserved only for the most dangerous subversives.

One of the longest lived communist fronts was the American Committee for Protection of Foreign Born. Active from 1935 until 1980, the ACFPFB was charged with preventing foreign communists such Davis’s friend ILWU leader Harry Bridges from deportation.

Davis was a long time supporter of the ACFPFB, apparently at least until 1973, three years after meeting the young Obama.

Frank Marshall Davis, a writer and Communist Party member who had moved from Chicago to Hawaii in 1948...was close to the communist controlled International Longshore Workers Union (ILWU) which dominated Hawaiian politics for decades.

Davis was close to ILWU head, San Francisco based secret party member Harry Bridges. When contemplating moving to Hawaii Davis "wrote to Harry Bridges, whom I had met at Lincoln School. Bridges suggested I get in touch with Koji Ariyoshi, editor of the Honolulu Record..."

The Lincoln School was run by the Chicago Communist Party. Koji Ariyoshi was a leader of the Hawaiian party which controlled the ILWU affiliated Honolulu Record- which Davis went to work for.

Australian born Harry Bridges was a long time leader of the ILWU. The US government fought for years to deport Bridges for his ties to the Communist Party-which Bridges understandably would never admit.

The Communist Party front Committeee for Protection of Foreign Born (CFPFB) spent considerable time and money keeping Bridges in the US. Frank Marshall Davis was listed as CFPFB endorser as late as 1973-three years after he began mentoring the young Obama.

Years later it was revealed that Bridges was not only a party member but served on the party's powerful Central Committee.

The Birth of Whitey: Black Liberation Theology and The Nation of Islam

While researching the source of Michelle Obama’s alleged “whitey” rant, we discovered direct connections between the Nation of Islam (NOI), Stokely Carmichael, Jeremiah Wright’s Black Liberation Theology and, most prominently, Louis Farrakhan.

According to Larry Johnson’s sources, the Michelle Obama tape captures her in sordid company:

The sources who have seen the tape report that Michelle says disparaging things about “whites” and that Louis Farrakhan is visible. There is no identifying information on the segment they have seen to identify the location or time when this was recorded. [emphasis added]

Those who are following this matter will recall that Michelle Obama, when asked about these allegations, is reported to have said that “whitey” is not a word used by African Americans today. However, we documented that Mrs. Obama’s primary text for her Princeton thesis was Stokely Carmichael and Charles Hamilton’s 1967 book Black Power: The Politics of Liberation in America, and we showed how Carmichael used the term “whitey” repeatedly, thereby establishing an epistemological connection between Carmichael and Mrs. Obama. In other words, Michelle Obama is the intellectual offspring of Stokely Carmichael.

Before going further, it should be noted that Reverend Jeremiah Wright was once a member of the Nation of Islam, though it’s not clear when he was involved with NOI. Ryan Lizza of the New Republic first reported that:

Wright was a former Muslim and black nationalist who had studied at Howard and Chicago, and Trinity’s guiding principles–what the church calls the “Black Value System”[Emphasis added]

But back to Stokely Carmichael. Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, the Federal Bureau of Investigations has released hundreds of pages from their files on Stokely Carmichael. Kwame Ture (Stokely Carmichael)

Kwame Ture was born as Stokely Carmichael on the Caribbean island of Trinidad, on June 29, 1941. Kwame became a household name in amerikkka during the 1960s when after enrolling as a student of Howard University in Washington D.C., Kwame decided to join the freedom rider efforts to integrate the southern portion of the united snakes. As a member of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, SNCC (pronounced SNICK), Kwame was arrested 26 times between 1964 and 1966 because of his work to register Africans in Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia, to vote. In June, 1966, Kwame defeated now usa Congressman John Lewis to become Chairperson of SNCC. Kwame's election as SNCC Chairperson signaled the growing militancy within SNCC, and the movement, and a desire on behalf of many in the membership to take a more militant and uncompromising stance on African liberation. During the summer of 1966, Kwame became known as the person who popularized the phrase "Black Power" when he articulated that demand in Greenwood, Mississippi, during the great Civil Rights march of that summer. It should be noted that although Kwame has been credited with creating that phrase, the phrase has a long history that extends back to the 1700s and the movement and writings of Martin Delaney. During his tenure as Chairperson of SNCC, Kwame helped the organization develop into one of the most militant African organizations in amerikkka. SNCC became the first African organization to come out against the Vietnam war. SNCC was also the first African organization to take a position against the zionist state of israel. In 1968, Kwame briefly spent time as the Prime Minister of the Black Panther Party (BPP) that was founded in Oakland, California by Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale. By the end of 1968, Kwame had resigned from the BPP, not because, as the imperialist press has consistently claimed, the BPP "forged links with whiteradicals", but because the BPP's ideological framework was not completely consistent with Kwame's developing ideological orientation.

In 1967, while still Chairperson of SNCC, in the height of the united snakes of amerikka imperialist war against Vietnam, Kwame had the privilege of going to Vietnam and visiting the Great Nguyen Al Thouc (Ho Chi Minh), the leader of the Vietnamese war resistance against amerikkkan imperialism. It was during that visit when Kwame expressed his disillusionment with the direction of the struggle in the amerikkka, that Al Thouc told Kwame "why don't you go to Africa? It is your home." Taking Al Thouc's advice further, Kwame took up the offer made by Guinean (West African) President Sekou Ture made three years prior to a visiting SNCC delegation, to come to Guinea, stay, and help to build the African revolution. In 1968, Kwame moved to Guinea and began to live and study under Sekou Ture, and Kwame Nkrumah, the first president of Ghana who was overthrown in a central intelligence agency-organized Coup in 1966. After the coup in Ghana, Ture invited Nkrumah to come to Guinea and become Co-President of Guinea. At that time, Guinea was struggling to build the Democratic Party of Guinea (PDG), as a mass, Pan-Africanist political party that would function as a base within West Africa in which to launch the Pan-African struggle to unite Africa under one continental, socialist, government (see Nkrumah; Handbook of Revolutionary Warfare pg. 56-59). Kwame Ture stayed in Guinea from 1968, until his death in 1998, working to bring about Pan-Africanism. Ture and Nkrumah passed on in 1984 and 1972 respectively. In 1977, Kwame changed his name from Stokely Carmichael to Kwame Ture in order to honor the Pan-Africanist work of Sekou Ture and Kwame Nkrumah. From 1968 to 1998, Kwame worked tirelessly to build the All African People's Revolutionary Party (A-APRP), which is the revolutionary Pan-Africanist political party that Nkrumah discussed in his handbook as the logical vehicle to bring about unity and socialism to Africa. In the Handbook, Nkrumah talked about the inability of the Organization of African Unity (OAU), which he founded, to bring about genuine African unity. He offered up the A-APRP, through it's organization of the All African Committee for Political Coordination (A-ACPC) as the vehicle to bring about true unity. The A-ACPC, unlike the OAU, would not depend on the governments to unite, but would instead unite the genuine African revolutionary political parties and movements under the direction and guidance of the A-APRP to bring about continental unification.

Kwame Ture spent 4 years at Howard, three years in SNCC, less than one year in the BPP, but thirty years in the A-APRP. He didn't run away, disappear, or become irrelevant after 1968, as the imperialists, and many so-called progressives and revolutionaries would have you believe. Instead he worked tirelessly to build the A-ACPC and the A-APRP. Today, five years after his physical transition, no one can deny the fruits of his work. The A-APRP, in its efforts to build the A-ACPC, has developed strong principled brother/sister relationships with the Democratic Party of Guinea, Pan-African Union of Sierra Leone, African Party for the Independence of Guinea-Bissau, Azanian People's Organization of Azania/South Africa, and Pan-Africanist Congress of Azania/South Africa, all of which consider themselves A-ACPC organizations as called for by Nkrumah. The A-APRP has organizers on the ground, openly integrated with the A-APRP and those respective parties and organizations in each of those countries, as well as Ghana, Senegal, The Gambia, Britain, Canada, Barbados, Virgin Islands, Brazil, and throughout the united snakes of amerikkka. These organizers are working to build the A-ACPC which will serve as a worldwide fighting force of Pan-African revolutionaries who are dedicated to fighting amerikkkan led imperialism to liberate Africa under one unified, socialist government. As Kwame Nkrumah and Sekou Ture predicted, once Africa is free, unified, and socialist, Africa, and Africans, wherever they live on the planet, will be empowered to make a proper forward contribution to all of human civilization.

Kwame Ture's life, from Civil Rights, to Black Power, forward to Pan-Africanism, is the logical forward progress of the international struggle of African people to achieve self-determination. He should be remembered, three years after his death, as Rev. Jesse Jackson described him in 1998, as "a man who never made peace with capitalism, racism, and amerikkkan policy."Some legacies of Kwame Ture's life:

- Contributions to the A-APRP which include actualizing a genuine international Pan-African political party, based in Africa.

- Contributing towards developing true principled relationships with< non-African revolutionaries such as

-the Palestine Liberation Organization,

-Irish Republican Socialist Party, International Indian Treaty

-Council/American Indian Movement.

- Contribution towards institutionalizing African Liberation Day as an international Pan-Africanist day of protest and unity throughout the world.

- Contributions towards developing and building an African United Front in amerikkka between groups as far apart ideologically as the NAACP, Urban League, Nation of Islam, Republic of New Afrika, and A-APRP.
