Disturbing video of church casting out 'homosexual demon' from boy, 16, posted on YouTube

Shocking footage of church elders carrying out a exorcism to cast a 'homosexual demon' from a teenage boy have been posted online.
The video shows the 16-year-old lying on the floor, his body convulsing, while members of a small Connecticut church stand over him.
'Rip it from his throat!' a woman yells. 'Come on, you homosexual demon! You homosexual spirit, we call you out right now! Loose your grip, Lucifer!'

What’s so disturbing about it, especially when compared with gay sodomy?
That's the sort of talk that could land one in big trouble over on the other side of the pond.
The media is making this into a hate crime against the child who has the right to any orientation he wants.
In many states “gay sodomy” is protected by the law of that perverted land.
We will never get to know that. Gays will be up in arms, and religious people will be ridiculed. And that will prevent anything else from being said.
Not having looked at the video, but being suspicious of everything, bordering on paranoia, I wonder if it's not something from a movie, or if it isn't something totally made up. The whole thing about convulsing, that requires the exorcisee to be participating, because I am totally sceptical about the whole exorcism thing. It is like hypnosis or suggestion, and only the stupid believe in such things as exorcism and demonic possession.

I know a physician who was personally devastated when his 17 year old son told his parents he had decided go the homo route. The father turned to heavy drinking and blaming himself, not the fact that his son had been molested as a child by an adult homo.
This sounds like one of those insane and dangerous pseudo-therapies invented by self-styled "therapists". You know, like the "rebirthing" and forced water-drinking "therapies" that have killed several children and permanently traumatized many more. Why was he too weak to stand? Why was he vomiting? And I don't want hear any nonsense about how "demons" were making him that way. These adults should be arrested before they kill somebody.
If you don’t want answers, why ask questions?
Gay demons are not that far fetched, whether they are quiet type or raucous is also something of a problem. If they spend most time reading Plato and quietly whisper stuff inside ones head can be be distracting and irksome but not as bad as the loud, flamboyant types. And that leads to the question of how do you evict them? Local sheriff and court orders don’t usually work. Drugs don’t work. Reasoning is futile. So that leaves the church....
Many mental conditions in ancient times were considered states of “demon possession”.
Regardless of our greater knowledge of extreme mental problems today, that knowledge cannot refute the idea that Yeshua, personally and directly, relieved many such people from their conditions.
Mat 3:27 Jesus says: “But no one can enter the strong man’s{the evil one’s} house and plunder his property unless he first binds the strong man{the evil one}, and then he will plunder his house.”
Note: to “bind” a strong man one may have to use force, like being abusive, to prevent a crime. i.e. exorcism..not pretty but necessary imo

Unless you’ve witnessed exorcisms first hand, you really aren’t qualified to make a judgment on this topic. You can say “I’ve never seen an exorcism, is this what it’s like?” And those of us who have or who have been part of the ministry can explain it to you.
Do you recall the book and movie “The Cross and the Switchblade?” The “cold turkey” healing from drug addiction could be prepared to an exorcism. Not an exact comparison, but similar.
And there are some other ministries today who will take a person who wants to be free of homosexual activities or thoughts and minister to him or her to be free of homosexuality. Sometimes it’s an active ministry similar to an exorcism. Other times it’s nearly a whisper as the person admits to himself that he wants to be free, is lead to the Lord, and is then released from the bondage.
The 17 year old who told his physician father that “he had decided to go homo.” Speaks volumes. Acting out the homosexuality is a choice. I have friends who say they are homosexual. One has affairs just like any heterosexual and flits from one girlfriend to another. The other lost her long time partner about ten years ago and is living the celibate lifestyle. She’s celibate by choice, just as my other friend is acting out homosexuality by choice. The 17 year old COULD have decided (chosen) to remain celibate and not tell his dad anything.
I have both witnessed exorcisms and been part of the ministry . . . and it’s not something like a “parlor trick.” It’s serious stuff. There’s a book I read thirty-five or forty years ago about a guy who wanted to witness an exorcism, so the Priest explained what would happen and told him what parts of the Bible to read and how to pray to protect himself from the demon. A second person also witnessed the exorcism. However the second person did not pray for his own protection from the demons. The person the Priest was praying for was set free of the demon and the demon almost visibly entered that second witness. The guy who wrote the book said that the Priest saw what had happened and reached out to the second witness who screamed hideously and ran away. He was never found.
Exorcism, true exorcism is not to be toyed with.
