Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agents arrested two suspected white supremacists Thursday after a raid at a northern Illinois home, during which agents seized assault weapons, hundreds of rounds of ammunition and purportedly racist materials.
Twin brothers Dennis and Daniel Mahon, 59, were taken into custody by agents on firearms violations after arrest and search warrants were served at the Davis Junction, Ill., home.
Dennis Mahon was frequently mentioned as a possible suspect but never charged in connection with the April 19, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City that killed 168 people, including 19 children.
ATF officials said the brothers were the subject of a sealed federal grand jury indictment handed up by a U.S. District Court in Arizona. They were taken to the Ogle County sheriff's office and are expected to be transferred later to the custody of the U.S. Marshal's office...

if this is correct, they are saying the parties in question had effectively NO ammo to speak of.
reading the entire article, the primary perp is not a good person and is potentially associated with the OKC bombing, the indictment is sealed and it is not clear what he is charged with, and given lack of gun charges, I doubt the weapons were class III but rather simply simply semi-auto evil guns.

Will be interesting to see what the charges are when theyre eventually unsealed. Until then theres nothing in the article that would lead one to believe these guys have committed a crime.

The following week the building was razed. An Air Force General, an expert in explosives stated it as a fact.

In Illinois it’s illegal to be in possession of a gun without having paid for a Firearm Owner Identification Card (FOID card).

Fortunately, my library doesn’t keep a record of the books I check out... that record in and of itself could be a “hate crime” in the new monarchy...
