I am so PROUD that several THOUGHTFUL, INDEPENDENT members of the U.S. Senate defeated the HATE-FILLED EXTREME RIGHT-WINGERS who would deny this fine DISTINGUISHED appointee from our first black President. Clearly the INTOLERANT right was motivated by sheer RACISM on this one! Thanks to BI-PARTISAN leadership in the Senate, Mr. Koh will be able to pursue a MODERATE, COMMON-SENSE approach of banning all firearms in the United States and locking up law-abiding citizens.
