Rep Leonard LANCE (R-NJ) VOTED FOR THE ENERGY TAX cap-and-trade

Posted on 06/27/2009 12:11:50 PM PDT by street_lawyer

Most people know that New Jersey is only second to California for financial trouble. First term Congressman Leonard Lance who lives in one of the most affluent areas of New Jersey, Hunterdon County was an unsuccessful lawyer in Clinton New Jersey and practiced under the wing of his father a useless State Senator.

Lance has betrayed Republicans by casting the deciding vote for the cap-and-trade bill. He certainly did not listen to his constituents. Lance needs to be targeted and thrown out of office in 2010.

Had it not been for RINO defectors voting for this flawed legislation, it would not have passed. I think that is as much an indictment on the lack of leadership in the GOP, as an indication that a lot of the so-called Republicans are closet democrats.

I agree. Before the GOP decides to ever try win an election again, it needs to clean the Commie moles out of the party. A complete fumigation of the party is needed.

Immediate cut off of party funds and privileges for these turncoats would be a good start.

We need to let the RNC know that we aren’t donating another dime to them until they promote a viable candidate to run against this turncoat in the primary.

The RNC (Steele) needs to get off their duff and get to work on the projects that will pull the R’s together again.

Supporting folks to run against these 8 turncoats would be an excellent start. Who knows, it just might loosen our check writing hands too.

I will be looking into have Mary Jo Kilroy face a recall election.

Had it not been for RINO defectors voting for this flawed legislation, it would not have passed.

Actually, a number of DEMs in conservative leaning districts were allowed to vote 'no' to give them cover in 2010. Had the BLUE congressional district REPS (they were all from BLUE states) voted 'no', then the DEMS would have ordered 8 DEMs to step up to the firing squad and take their places.

The important thing now is to support the DEM Senators who will take the heat for voting 'no' as this goes to the SENATE.

The link is that when the sun's magnetic field weakens, more cosmic rays, which are high energy charged particles, penetrate our atmosphere and ionize air molecules they strike. This catalytic ionization attracts water molecules and forms low lying clouds which then reflect the sun's heat back into space. These clouds give more rain and flooding on land in some parts of the world and decrease evaporation from the oceans, which leads to decreased monsoon rains and drought in other parts of the world.)

These undersea volcanoes may be responsible for the El Nino effect which drives must of the world's weather)

He represents the area around Westfield which is an upscale suburb.

It’s possible but not likely that yentas and soccer moms would throw him out of power when they get a gander at their energy bills next year.

I think Steele would support all eight of these, really seven, as McHugh is taking his Obama fix right away. Steele would be heartsick if any of these lost for standing on their “principles”.

Why wait until then? He has just voted to make the UN the authority in how our secretary of energy and secretary of state will spend the billions allocated to them from this legislation. The bill requires that the US follow the UN’s Bali roadmap.

Now this is treason. The evidence is recorded in the bill and can be viewed at thomas.loc. gov.

Take it to court NOW.

I would not put it past them to pull all text of the bill out of the thomas search engine, to protect themselves.

Funny how WWIII, the destruction and global looting of the American nation, is executed by turning our own government against us, instead of turning guns on us. The effect is the same.

Try a lawsuit. The bill cedes authority to the United Nations.
There must be a legal remedy for the citizens of his state.

This used to be the role of Congress, it was called foreign aid.

The bill assigns the role now to an ‘administrator’ who will be a very powerful person indeed, and the secretary of state, Hillary clinton. It gives her the power to act as congress giveing money away no vote no oversight. How unconstitutional is that!?!

“ROLE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE- The Administrator may not distribute emission allowances to the government of another country or to an international organization or international fund unless the Secretary of State has concurred with such distribution.”

We at Bootem are doing this exact thing that you all are talking about!! We have formed a site that is dedicated to finding these Rhinos and exposing them for what they are: Turncoats of We the People.
http://bootem.ning.com
About Boot The Bums Out
This site is dedicated to kicking out all members of congress that are republicans in name only and replace them with conservatives.
If any one knows if Lance got a “payback” for his vote as others did, please let me know!

Actually when I spoke to him he said the bill did not affect New Jersey. New Jersey had jobs in industries that were driven out of the state by screwball legislators and environmental kooks.
