Part of the big reason he’s rushing to get his damage done while he can. I’ll reiterate again, the fact that I’ve said by September this will get real ugly. When the Senate shuts down his Crap and Tax bill and the people reject his nonsensical health care takeover, he’ll start enacting his own laws, as all dictators do.

The real poll is 54-45, which is good news, matching O’s second lowest rating. He seems to zigzag throughout the week, but slowly the trend line is down.

Although Obummer may be still viewed personally in a positive light, the American people as a whole are finally waking up to the realization of just how disastrous Obummer and his administration’s policies truly are.

JUst ask any Obummer supporter if they are better now than they were one year ago. THat will be the test. The true test. I would wager most of them would say either the same or worse, not better.

The critical question, it seems to me is . . .

AND I'd love a straw poll by folks responding to this post.

A) WILL the globalist oligarchy watching his approval crash jiggle and adjust things in a mollifying, milk-sop offering slower paced rush to the overt global government?

OR

B) Rush all the faster toward MORE tyranny, population control, forced compliance, gestapo tactics etc.?

A bit hard to say. But I think B) is at least more likely by a 52% or so margin???

He’s only been President for 5 months or so. I don’t think anyone really expected he’d fall apart that fast. Even Carter had 60%+ approval in the beginning of his term. Lets see where he is around Labor Day. If he’s around 50% or so that’d be a good sign.

Also, who knows what will happen? If you looked at the news and polls on June 28, 2001, you’d have no idea about 9/11 and what transformed Bush’s term. Something could happen that totally changes everything.

How stupid can people be to see "O" as charismatic, a good speaker, doing good, wishing us good?--IMO, pretty d@#n stupid.

Have you noticed how he raises his chin and lowers his eyelids, as tho waiting for the terrestrial light to shine down?

Have you noticed how he points his finger, as tho saying "listen up, here, or else?"

Have you noticed how he ends his sentences in clipped words, as tho saying "mine is the last word?"

If you have noticed these things and listened to what he is really saying---"suck it up, you suckas, you're gonna pay for living high; me and mine are above it all"--in making carbon footprints, getting medical care, wearing 450.00 sneakers, then you are a True American.

The canary has expired long ago, but our individual little mines havent collapsed completely yet, and so most carry on as if nothing has happened.

I see and hear all the things you mentioned. I have trouble listening for more than a few minutes because I also hear “reparations” for all the black folks who have been wronged. Since he has no slave roots I think he hears this from his bride and has taken it to heart.

If unemployment is at 10 percent nationally using U3 formula, it would be about 18 percent using U6 formula the same formula used to calculate unemployment during the Great Depression. That means the manufacturing states are at 12 or more percent using U3 formula and about 22 percent at U6 formulation. The Great Depression, the U6 unemployment numbers were 25 to 27 percent. Obama and the Dems face many negative economic trends. Growing unemployment, and worst growing numbers of people who will lose their unemployment benefits, add higher taxes and the economy will remain in a funk. States will not be able to collect taxes and forced to either raise taxes or cut services. Keep an eye on California, and the Great Lakes states where high unemployment and meltdown of state governments will trigger social unrests. The Dems will get blamed for it. Freepers can help the process along by opting out of the economy. Don’t spend unless absolutely need to. No consumer spending, the worst it becomes. Taking down the Dems and Obama is like seige warfare. Join the Conservative (40 percent of US population) consumer blockade and turn the no social values independent voters against the Dems. Change cannot happen if everyone is starving and unemployed. The worst the better, because it will lay the groundwork for the GOP victories in 2010 and 2012.

I expect Obummer’s polling will spiral downward from now on.

As the economy worsens and Obummer and his administration keep on with their disastrous policies, the American people as a whole will come more and more to dismiss the blame the previous administration any longer and will now turn their disapproval to Obummer and his administration because it is becoming quite clear that Obummer and his administration are doing more to actually hurt the economy and keep it down than they are helping it to recover.

I been saying this forever
There is no reason for him to push through so much in so little time with no real debate or notice to anyone unless he himself was afraid that his numbers would drop through the floor.

These numbers only reflect his actual popularity as well. The approval for his programs and ideas are already in the toilet.
less than 35% of Americans agree with his legislation.
hell that’s the unions and ACORN

This is silly beyond words. The most ardent America haters go from “strongly approve” to “somewhat approve” whenever they think Obama could be doing even more to destroy America, and some folks at this site then think Obama is losing support. He is not losing support.

Obama’s support is likely to remain high because he is black and pretty (the “pretty” part is what others think, not me). Polls are showing that people approve of him even when they detest all of his policies. He is the cool rock star with everyone gushing over him, even though they know he is trash. I cannot explain it or understand it, but I certainly can observe it.

We need to focus on Congress and 2010. Maybe a miracle will occur by 2012 and we will get rid of the most-America-hating President in our history, but we should not count on it. We need to focus on Congress and do our best to make sure there is something left of America in 2016.

Healthcare is the big issue for now. As commentators have shown, cap and trade is not likely to pass the Senate; and even if it does, it can be repealed when a new Congress is elected (not easily, I admit, because of the Senate's rules). Socialized healthcare will never be repealed because too many people will blindly think they would lose some handout if their federal health insurance is taken away (and many would lose something, regardless of the fact that socialized medicine will impose net costs for society, not net benefits). So, Congress and socialized medicine is where we need to focus our money and energy.

The best thing I can say to you right now is this:

Raise your family as best and as well as you can. Scrimp and save whenever and wherever possible. Try to remain current with your bills and debts. Cut corners if you have to. The most important thing right now is you and your family and they should be the uppermost thing in your mind and what you can do to help and provide for them. Everything else is secondary. Good luck to you and may God bless you.

Absolutely right.

It goes back to this idea esposed vy this administration that said never let a crisis go without taking advantage of it which is what they are doing. They are continuing the recession and making it worse so they can take full advantage of it. The American people, i.e. the zombie sheep, are being purposely kept in the dark by the MSM or their own blindness or passivity to care. But I think many are finally waking up to this reality. And it’s about !@#$%^&*! time!

Remember what Biden said in one of his gaffes?

It went something like this:

“In the first few months, it will look like we’re doing things wrong, but you’ll have to trust us.”

Translation:

“We’re hoping we can rip the country cleanly out from under you before you catch on.”

When the Senate shuts down his Crap and Tax bill

Weren't we told it was likely that Cap and Tax would be voted down in the House?

It's stunning to me that it wasn't shut down. I do not believe it will be shut down in the Senate. The reps clearly didn't listen to their constitutes.

It's a total joke to think we are being represented and America's best interests are being placed first. Nay. It's all about political power-grabbing, back-room deals and payoffs. The disastrous "vote" on Friday clearly illustrated that Congress is a joke. The US is now a Banana Republic led by mob rule. How else could you explain 218 "representatives" voting for that unread monstrosity?

I don't buy for one second that the senate will shut down Crap and Tax. They might "water it down", but watered down tyranny is still tyranny.

I will go thru the motion again of writing, calling and emailing Congress to voice my opposition, even though I believe it's falling on very deaf ears....
