WASHINGTON In the latest effort to obtain information that could settled the controversy over Barack Obama's eligibility for office as a "natural born citizen," WND Editor and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Farah attempted to buy a full-page ad in a Honolulu daily newspaper soliciting assistance in finding documentary evidence of his birth in the city Aug. 4, 1961, as he claims in his autobiography.
Despite offering the full rate of $7,168.50 plus taxes for a full-page, color ad on page 2 of the news section of the Honolulu Star-Bulletin next Monday, the copy was rejected the latest turndown by a growing list of media companies that won't touch the birth certificate issue even for money.
"I spoke to my publisher and unfortunately we cannot accept the ad because it is political," explained Cyd Kamakea, classified advertising manager.

...a growing list of media companies that won't touch the birth certificate issue... This is a growing list of so-called media companies that are obviously more in the propaganda and manipulation industries. They dare not attempt to call themselves "news" media or try to make any claim of impartiality.

Hey guys, notice that the media was in such serious financial trouble last fall? Then the stories absolutely stopped at the same time this assclown was innagruated? Hmmm. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised that the major media has been subsidized by the obama tribe in exchange for covering up his past and glowing media stories. The media is just a bunch of whores who will go with the highest bidder and now ozero has looted the national treasury for his own purposes, it would make sense. Connect the dots. Follow the money.

like a paper in Obama's backyard is really going to help out this cause. Republicans need to focus on 2010 and not this issue. Even if somehow Obama left office, we have biden, then PELOSI??? (correct me if i am wrong). I am more worried about 2010 at this point than this lost cause issue.

This is a growing list of so-called media companies that are obviously more in the propaganda and manipulation industries. They dare not attempt to call themselves "news" media or try to make any claim of impartiality. There might be some useful collateral injury WND could inflict. It might try to publish a full page ad in some other paper of the names of the papers that refused to accept the offer re the birth certificate. This would get the message out that there still is an unresolved issue regarding the BC, as well as publicize the idea that certain news outlets are complicit in keeping the issue unresolved.

What did you expect from a Gannett newspaper?
Obama's short stay in the Islands gave him roots.....and the claim of being born here put Hawaii on the political map.
Hardly anyone remembers him and those that do are divided 50-50, good or bad.

Actually, this issue has “legs” and it does not hurt us at all to go after it, and keep the questions in front of the public.
Obama is DISHONEST, is the point.
Obama is NOT “open” that is the point.
When we discredit Obama, it helps in 2010.
