N Korea issues navigation ban for 'military drill'

Tokyo, July 01: (Kyodo) North Korea has issued navigation bans for 10 coastal sites along the Sea of Japan and the Yellow Sea citing military exercises, the Japan Coast Guard on Wednesday said.

The latest move covers seven sites located off the Sea of Japan coast and three sites in waters off the Yellow Sea, the coast guard said, adding that it was informed of the bans by the North Korean government via e-mail.

The new bans indicate that North Korea is preparing for newer missile launches, official sources stated.

Pyongyang test-fired a long range missile on April 5 and conducted its second nuclear test as well as launching three short-range missiles on May 25, after issuing similar navigation bans. (Kyodo)

Will they be stupid enough to launch it over Japanese soil? That’s something they might not sit still for again.

Judging by the areas they’ve outlined its going to be a series of short/medium range missile tests. They don’t have any long range missiles assembled/fuels on the pads.

Can’t rule out another nuclear test either.

We need a U.S. Navy destroyer there with Patriot, or whatever naval version they have, and use the North Korean missles as CLAY PIGEONS!

Get ‘em on the rise, boys!

I wish they would just do whatever it is they are going to do. I mean invade, set off you missiles, test a nuke whatever, just do it. We aren't going to do anything about it with Obama at the controls. So we should send an open letter to Rooney Kim and tell him that the world has become board with his excessive theatrics and in the words of Monty Python “Get On with It”.

I think that would just show our hand to Russia and China, who are driving that very scenario via li’l Kimchi anyways.

They’re ready to see what we got.
