A heavily publicized U.S. Supreme Court reversal of an appeals court ruling by Judge Sonia Sotomayor has at least temporarily diminished public support for President Obama's first Supreme Court nominee.

The list, ping
From 42% to 37% ... down 5 in 2 weeks.
The pathetic and symptomatic thing here is that anyone can see who and what she is without the need for the reversal.
...at least temporarily...
Uh, 63% of conservatives are opposed to her confirmation? I’ll buy the 63% of something, but they ain’t conservatives. And the Supreme Court overturn has influence the numbers so dramatically? How many of today’s braindead inhabitants even KNOW about the Supreme Court, never mind follow its decisions. These were people called at random? Bull.
Unfortunately, there is an essentially endless list of left wing hack judges for Obama to choose from.
We can - and should - fight each one...but each one will indeed be a fight. He will not nominate anyone that we will find acceptable, no matter how many times he gets rebuffed.
A little detumescence, huh?
Maybe he threw this one in as a kind of “rope a dope”. Get the conservatives to fight and then try and slide the next wackjob lefty in.
She’s a left wing moonbat hack. The next one will be too.
The Court is so political now that if you read each case, you know how each one besides Kennedy will decide in advance.
That being the case, it doesn’t matter if it’s Sotomayor or Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton. Each decision they make would be the same.
When Kennedy retires...that’s going to be a big, big problem. We have Alito, Scalia, Thomas and Roberts. Kennedy is a swing vote. If they are still in power when he retires we can kiss this whole country goodbye.
I’ve noticed over the last few years that Scott R. is becoming increasingly slanted on these write ups. A conservative victory is always “temporary” according to these media leftists.
