US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has cancelled plans to visit Moscow with President Barack Obama and will send someone in her place, a State Department official said Wednesday.

Obama is up to no good on this visit to Putin. Probably selling out Latin America and Ukraine.
So, either Obama is up to his usual tricks of keeping clinton away from all important dealings with foreign states, or hillary doesn’t want to get tarred when it becomes evident that Obama has sold out the West.
I would think the former is more likely, since bill & hill never hesitated to sell us out to China. In fact, they reveled in it.
