Affidavit details sex charges in case of 5-year-old

DURHAM -- A federal affidavit submitted by a Washington, D.C., detective tells a chilling story of the abuse of a 5-year-old adopted boy.

The child's father, Frank McCorkle Lombard, 42, of Indigo Creek Trail in Durham, is charged with sex offense with a child, and is accused of persuading someone to cross state lines for illegal sexual activity. Lombard, a Duke University administrator, was released from the Durham County jail into U.S. marshals' custody Tuesday and is expected to face a federal judge in Washington within the next week. If convicted, he could face as long as 20 years in prison.

An unidentified individual facing unrelated child porn charges told federal investigators in mid-June that someone on an Internet chat program with the username "cooper2" or "cooperse" was sexually molesting a child. The person with the two usernames was later identified as Lombard, the affidavit said. As recently as last year, the individual said he saw Lombard perform sex acts on the child through a webcam.

Again I ask...WHERE is the outrage from the Drive-By Media? Where is the scathing memo from the "Gang of 88" on THIS outrageous action by a coddled Gay member of the community and academia?

He’s facing only 20 years for a preversion and sickness that has destroyed a child for the remainder of his life. He deserves the ultimate penalty. Hopefully, this may be rectified among the prison population, I hear they are not too fond of child molesters in there. Hopefully there is Honor among theives.

The silence is deafening. Look gay parenting is really bad for kids, children are 7 times more likely to be gay growing up in a gay household. Why are they destroying these kids?

The arrogance of these people.

Because the fringe sociopaths dominate the “gay rights” movement.

News of Lombard's arrest quickly spread through the circles he associated with -- and they remain tight-lipped. His neighbors in Eno Commons, a co-housing community in north Durham, have kept reporters out.

From what I'm hearing "Eno Commons" is a "Gay Community." Naturally, they aren't cooperating. That's the tolerant gay community for you.

I’m sure the 88 fearless faculty members who ran to the microphones to holler “rape” during the lacrosse team debacle are just as anxious to publicly denounce this sick pervert amongst their ranks. Maybe we should raise money for a billboard next to campus asking where the gang of 88 ran off to on this?

And does wishing this sick bastard would get the snot beaten out while in jail count as gay “persecution”?

How many neighbors got an offer from Lombard before being caught?

Thank God for the internet. In this media market (Chicago) there has been a complete blackout on this story. The lack of coverage of this REAL interracial rape case involving a Duke administrator stands in stark contrast to the barrage of DAILY front page stories were were subjected to in the PHONY Duke student athlete interracial rape case. The difference, of course, is the homosexual angle. The Chicago media, like media throughout the country, are completely committed to the homosexual agenda. They will report nothing negative about homosexuals. The media fret about lost readership, while continuing to practice self-censorship in the interest of liberal agenda. They just don't get it: we no longer buy newspapers because we no longer trust them.

I find this story is a good one to ask your friends, who only read the drive-by media, about. Sometime they will realize that a lot of stories are being withheld from them.

Exactly! I just sent the following email to President Brodhead.

President Brodhead:

Once again, a rape case involving Duke University presents itself (Frank Lombard). You prominently commented upon the previous case involving the Men’s Lacrosse team and took multiple actions prior to any findings of fact to those spurious allegations. You allowed a ‘gang of 88’ professors to immediately be judge, jury and executioner in that matter when a ‘presumption of innocence’ would have been the appropriate reaction. Your March 30, 2006 statement read in part, “the test of a school is not preventing bad things from ever happening, but in addressing them in an honest and forthright way.”

Therefore, I ask that you apply the same “test” to this horrible news about the Associate Director of the Duke University Center for Health Policy. Address this abomination in an honest and forthright way. Publicly condemn the actions of Mr. Lombard and determine whether hiring and personnel review standards need to be strengthened at Duke University. The esteem of Duke University hangs in the balance.

And this pond scum is a homosexual activist in The Episcopal Church (TEC), a member of the board of directors of the homoerotic-promoting Church of the Advocate (not too subtle?), and a big friend & supporter of Vicki Gene Robinson, the first out-of-the closet sex pervert elected, confirmed, & installed as a TEC bishop. Sure, pederasts are not homosexuals...go peddle your papers somewhere else, TEC knuckleheads.

There was an interesting comment by “Jenny” on the Chronicle website yesterday, but it has now been deleted. The comment connects the assistant Durham city attorney (and founder of Eno Commons) to the Lombard case - suggesting a web of corruption and cover-up at Duke and in the city attorney's office. Here is part of her post, which I captured before it was deleted:

“Why haven't the not so sharp minds (apparently) at the Chronicle not ... questioned why Sherri Zann Rosenthal (Duke ‘79), who is the founder of the commune Emo Commons that advertised itself as welcoming adults of all “affectional orientations” (did that “all” include pedophiles?), neighbor of Lombard, also the senior assistant city attorney for Durham, the partner of a woman who is a high ranking academic in the nursing dept at Duke, that put Tara Levicy [prominent witness in the Duke lacrosse case] on the unusual fast track to receive her license when she hadn't completed the required time, something the department and university refuses to address? Rosenthal’s commune threatened members of the press when they went to the neighborhood seeking comments from Lombard's neighbors.

Given the city attorney's office bizarre, gleeful, unprofessional behavior and comments during their involvement in the lacrosse case, and Sherri Zann Rosenthal was in her position during that period, one has to wonder about possible corruption in that office. City officials have no right to threaten the press, even through mouth pieces and affiliates.”

Someone should ask Gibbs if BO supports Lombard and homosexual adoption.
