A terrorist is one who will attack to "create terror". They target civilians and other weak targets. Women. Children. Hospitals.
If there is ANY sort of military engagement that can encourage them to kill innocents in their own nation, then they are already "Extremists".
I can't fathom any circumstance under which it would become defendable practice inside the borders of this country. No matter if the Soviets had conquored. Attacking a public school would not change that one bit.
The administration is giving credence to the concept of "terrorism". Moral equivalence and all that. They engage in war crimes. They deliberately target civilians. They are never denounced for their actions. We are told that we must "understand" their rage and "negotiate" with them.
They must end their supremist ideology. It can no more be tolerated than Nazism. They don't have to agree that Jews, Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, and converts away from Islam aren't damned but they cannot kill them over it.
Well, I was speaking more to personal battles with treasonous a-holes in this country or my city that I may have to fight someday.
The administration is putting in place ROE that will result in defeat in Afghanistan. Can’t fire on houses that may contain civilians, can’t fire on enemy forces if civilians might be put at risk. Of course all Taliban forces will now hide behind their population or run to civilian houses after a strike. You have to wonder why they sent 30,000 more troops there and then tied their hands.

0bama won't scare any terrorists. More innocents will die than would have even if 1000 terrorists were "created." (Kinda like jobs saved.)
