No, I wouldn't. No court would take anything issued by such "grand jury" seriously. A random group of people don't get to just issue indictments.
The grand jury is meant to be a check on government power and it can issue indictments. But such a body needs to be convened in accordance with applicable law.

If your argument is that the 5th Amendment does not prohibit you from forming such a thing, it does not prohibit you from jumping off the Brooklyn Bridge, eating peas with your knife, or voting for Obama either... but only a fool would do so.
Please be so kind as to provide the citation of any court, other than the one on the old Andy Griffith show, than ever recognized any of these people’s Grand Juries.
Please look at the foolishness of your own position. What would prevent a “Citizens’ Grand Jury” in Berkley from indicting former President Bush for so-called war crimes?
How many people would have to be on your so-called Grand Jury? Since no number is specified, why not just one person? Since these “Grand Juries” claim to be their own law, no state or federal precedent would apply. So anyone could proclaim themselves a Grand Jury and go around arresting anyone they liked, or should I say, disliked.

Jurors Vote To Charge Sixteen With ‘Conspiracy To Commit Mass Murder’ On 9/11/01
CONVENING on Saturday, April 14, 2007, the 23-member San Diego Citizens Grand Jury on the Crimes of September 11, 2001 in New York City heard more than six hours of presentations by Chief Prosecutor Don Paul, Chief Investigator Jim Hoffman, and Expert Witnesses Richard Gage, Ted Muga, Steven Jones and Kevin Ryan at the Student Council Chambers in the Aztec Center of San Diego State University.
ON the evening of that Saturday the Jurors voted by majority for two Indictments and fourteen Presentments on the most consequential Charge offered them, that of ‘Conspiracy to Commit Mass Murder’. The ‘Mass Murder’ in question pertains to the death of more than 2300 people due to the destruction of World Trade Center Buildings 1 and 2 (the Twin Towers) on the morning of September 11, 2001. Jurors had seen much evidence that internal explosives must have caused the two 110—story skyscrapers to disintegrate into their footprints. They’d also seen records that more than incompetence had caused American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175 to escape interception by U. S. Military on 9/11/01. Jurors called for a “heavier” Charge than any originally offered by Chief Prosecutor Paul. Their own initiative, based on their knowledge from and before the day’s many hours of proceedings, produced a far greater number of individuals wanted through Presentment, fourteen, than the two posed by the Prosecutor as deserving further investigation through Indictment for the “heavier” or “stronger” Charge. A Presentment, according to the Columbia University Press Encyclopedia, is ‘an accusation issued by the grand jury on its own knowledge, without any bill of indictment having been previously drawn up by the prosecutor.’
PER the Chief Prosecutor’s request for Indictment, the two persons named by San Diego Citizens Grand Jury as showing probable cause for further investigation on the Charge of ‘Conspiracy to Commit Mass Murder’, are:

There was never a hint of indecision when this group of concerned citizens got together in Texas and decided to go to work. In their minds “the man who hates America” needed to be indicted and the sooner the better. The jury spent a week reviewing and contemplating the evidence but the vote was swift and decisive. All 35 members raised their hands and said, “we want this man tried in court and we are now looking to the Great State of Texas to bring that justice to our citizens.”
Barack Obama, aka: Barry Soetoro and Barack Hussein Obama was indicted by the Lone Star Jury of Texas on two counts: Fraud and Treason. It is now up to court system in the State Texas to formally prosecute our “presumed” President. Will Texas take the lead and do exactly what their citizens want? Only time will tell but you can believe this, time is not on the side of Obama. People are mad and they want action now.
Many of you might stare in awe that those charges, FRAUD and TREASON. How can that be you will say? It is simple. Obama, after months of running from lawsuits, telling people he is above the law, and shoving arrogance down our throats has hit a brick wall when it comes to refuting these charges. In fact, the “presumed” President has done nothing and said nothing. He acts like the people don’t care or the Constitution doesn’t matter. That is a very precarious position to take when you are the Commander-in-Chief and you expect men and women to follow your orders when in fact many in our military are silently questioning just who this guy really is. Is he in fact a “natural born” citizen who pledges his allegiance totally to this Country or is he really a foreign National who would circumvent our security in order to help our enemies and countries that want to bury us?
Do you think I am just one person letting off steam about Obama? Folks, you need to think again. There are hundreds of thousands of people in this country crying foul right now. Today I got a message from Gerry Donaldson who is part of Resistnet, one of largest patriotic organizations in America.Gerry told me point blank, that the State of Texas is ready to stand up and get the job done. He says their organization is going to drill down to every town and county in Texas within the next few months and move heaven and earth to go after corrupt government. I believe him. He also told me that the Grand Jury is the tool they plan to use in a big way!
Yesterday a group of 300 people met in Rhode Island to get a first hand look at the American Grand Jury presentments handed down on April 29th against Obama. The people were excited and giving praise to the wisdom of our Founding Fathers. This group has some pretty strong ties to the powers that be in Rhode Island. We will know in a few days, but we are hoping the leadership in Rhode Island gets onboard with what is soon to be the greatest Constitutional movement to hit this country since the American Revolution.
Today, we give praise to the State of Texas for taking the lead in this historic indictment. Tomorrow we will look to each and every State in this Nation to stand up and say once and for all, “we the people own this Country, not the corrupt politicians who reside in Washington.”
Sounds kind of patriotic and corny doesn’t it? I love it folks. There is nothing wrong with being patriotic and loving your Country. That kind of thinking founded the Greatest Nation on Earth. The same kind of thinking will save it!

I only wish I had the beer concession at these “Grand Jury” meetings. The first time someone shows up at the WH with an arrest warrant for the Prez, they are going to get jail, a psyc hosp or shot. You can’t tell the difference between a Federal Grand Jury and a ‘citizen’s Grand Jury’?
Scalia speaks of "federal grand jurors" NOT "citizen grand jurors."
He is referring to a GJ empaneled by FedGov, NOT a GJ empaneled by itself.

This is all part of the Income Tax is unconstitutional, no federal felony trials or sentences are legal if the court in which they are tried or handed down has a U.S flag in it, etc. crowd.
Finally regarding Mr. Donofrio’s opinion. Too bad the courts do not agree with him. I would remind you of other lawyers’ statements, such as Johnny Cochran's assurance that O.J was not guilty, Lynne Stewart promise that she is a patriotic American, and the assertions of two former Aranses lawyers that “It Takes A Village” and “I did not have sex with that woman, Mz Lewinski!”
