Just spoke with people VERY well connected with Palin's DC operation.
Reports that she has announced to staff that she is permanently out of politics are NOT true.
Three caviats:
1: She may have told Alaska staff that she is out of politics forever. 2: She may have told Alaska staff that she is out of ALASKA politics forever. 3: Word may have not filtered down to DC yet.
That said, senior DC people very close to her think she is very far from out of politics.

If there is anyone here who doesn’t understand why we cannot support a slick socialist politician like Mitt Romney, God help you, but you’re on the wrong website. We went through this with the abortionist, gay rights activist, illegal alien supporting, gun grabbing Rudy Giuliani until someone created another website call WAnkers for Rudy and they all flew the coop. Hopefully, before too much FReeper blood is shed, someone will create a WAnkers for Romney site and we can be left to fight the good fight as we see fit!

She sounded very passionate today, even angry and rightfully so. Palin spoke about freedom, and the danger our country is in. As usual, the lady speaks like no politician ever speaks.

I have friends up there, they say it sucks royally.
It always amazes me how many Freepers cite sources from MSNBC, Huffpo, NYSlimes, etc.,etc.
How can they stand to even pay attention to those sources let alone quote them? They make my skin crawl. And they are anything but informative.
NBC’s Chuck Todd just said on nightly news among other things that Palin will make a lot of money on the speaking circuit, and some of attendees will just be “car wreck watchers.” This from their political analyst.
