Muslims apparently angered because a Christian man driving a tractor reportedly tried to pass a Muslim on a motorcycle have rampaged in one village in Pakistan, destroying Christians' homes and throwing acid on women and children as they fled, according to a new report from Barnabas Aid.
The ministry reported that the violence this week happened in the village of Bahmani Walla in Punjab state in Pakistan, which is dominated by Islamic influences.
The report said 600 Muslims used gasoline bombs to vandalize 117 homes belonging to Christians – including 48 damaged by fire, and sabotage water pumps and cut electricity.
According to the report, the violence apparently stemmed from an incident one night earlier, "in which a Christian man driving a tractor requested that a Muslim man riding a motorcycle allow him to pass."

I wonder why such things do not happen in the United States of America? I ponder this question each time I sit down at my loading bench. My wife and I discuss it every time we clean our gun collection. The question comes up, too, each time we sit on the porch with friends and family and shoot pistols and rifles. Perhaps we will have an answer one day.
I’m glad that Muslims worldwide are responding to Pastor Rick Warren’s call for Muslims and Christians to respect each other—not just to tolerate each other but to really reach out in respect. But of course I would have expected nothing less from the practitioners of the Religion of Peace.

Obviously acid, along with bullets, explosives, rope, etc., etc., are unavailable to Pakistani Christians, umm, Christians globally or do they still cling to the silly notion of martyrdom?

Islam was founded by a camel leader who lived in a cave and who said God spoke to him.
Then people believed it or they were forced to.
Hundreds of years later they go to now Israel and take over, hence the crusades start but of course we never hear how Christians and Jews were living in peace for hundreds of years before mohammed came out of a cave and said he spoke to God.

There about 50 people in the town now. The larger towns have had a boom in the last couple years with the Baaken oil boom but that tapered off last fall. Only two new wells started last month. We life about 10 miles from town and am 3 miles from the nearest neighbor. No, no one cares about the shooting as they all shoot too. This is up in back rifle rack country except those racks are not practical with long cab trucks. Do we like it here? I would not live any where else in the world, even if I were paid to do so. Winter is winter and just part of life. It has its own beauty and with out the snow, grass won’t grow in the spring.

My brother use to live on Pine Mountain Georgia. His nearest neighbor was a half mile away. He use to sit on his porch eating breakfast and deer would come up to drink out of his pool and he’d pick up his Marlin and shoot it then after he ate he’d clean it and then brag about his hunting prowess.
Have you lived there long? My father was born and raised in Sidney, MT.....just wondering. I should have been a Montana woman....but, alas....ended up in the Northwest due to WWII (Navy base for my Dad in Everett.)

My wife was born in this country. I am from Colorado but we moved here from Ft. Knox when I retired three years ago. My wife had two auants who worked in the ship yards in Everett during WWII.
There are Mule and White Tail deer, antelope, Elk, coyotes and some mountain lion here along with pheasants, grouse and turkey. I go after them all but can not get a land owner permit for the elk and have not been drawn for one in the general lottery. We feed them all in the winter so if a guy weere so disposed he could eat cheap but we enjoy the company.
