Good morning, MM...((HUGS))...I had a good weekend. The 4th was good, (I could hear all the fireworks, but couldn't see them...I think just too light out) and I've been working on small stuff and seem to be making noticeable progress. I finished sewing on a missing button (I finally found it) and a small hole in my favorite sloppy at home t-shirt.
And I have about an hours worth of homework and I'm ready to face Monday.
So...all is well here except it is too hot. d:o)

Glad you enjoyed the fireworks. I could hear, but not see, but was able to get a pretty good fix watching the Boston Pops.

Also DVR’d the festivities in D.C. :)

I wanted to share with you something that I did over the weekend with the laptop.
Some of you may have HP applications on your computer and may have had a problem.
Over the last several weeks we encountered a problem with our computer opening up slowly.
It turned out the problem was with an HP application.
"The HP CUE Device Delivery service hung on starting."
Here is how to fix the problem. Go to the start tab and then click on Control Panel.
Then, click on Performance and Maintenance, Then Administrtive Tools.
Then, click on Services and open.
Look for "HP CUE Device Delivery Service. Turn off the service and set the startup type to "Disabled".
This was what I did Saturday morning and now the computer is starting up much faster.
