What does it say about your mental state and emotional fitness when your security blanket is a boob belt? Really.
She is a large woman. No problem with that. However I think classic designs, vs what is this summer fashionable, suits her. The little sweaters are all the rage (my wife has a couple). But they automatically look like they don’t fit regardless of who you are.
Actually this is the dress she should have added the black belt or the clear belt to. It would probably hold in the bulge a bit. And if she wore the clear one she could have added one of the colored buckles like maybe a red one to add at least a little patriotic color on the national holiday.

Yikes—looks like ALOT of junk in the trunk. Only a fashion icon could pull off mixing purple, blue, green and yellow, topping it off with the clear boob belt./sarc Good observation about the sleeveless dresses all winter and covered arms in the summer. This outfit would be appropriate for strolling around the University of Chicago campus near their Hyde Park home on a Sunday afternoon. Apparently she hasn’t gotten the memo that she is now an international figure.
Other than the weird outfit, she looks really good in this picture. She actually has a genuine looking smile on her face for a change.
