The flap with Shannyn Moore is over remarks the liberal blogger made about why Palin is quitting her job as governor ...
Palin, through her lawyer, on Saturday threatened to explore "legal options" against Moore and media outlets that choose to republish like-minded "false and defamatory allegations" about Palin's resignation.
Lawyer Thomas Van Flein said that soon after Palin's surprise announcement, several unscrupulous people "asserted false and defamatory" allegations. Moore is the only person named specifically.

she should try a nutty bar.
Make her care, conservatives should make her site target numero uno until she shuts her yap.
Shannyn Moore
Keep talking “Shannyn”! The soon-to-be private citizen Palins need the money they’ll earn by suing you for defamation and harassment
thats what im talking about. maybe she should watch her back. and maybe Andree McLeod should do the same.
They are not hiding in the NBC news building in New York City and as far as I know, they are not using aliases to protect themselves.
Is Shannyn Moore that [descriptive deleted]
that was soliciting for money to pursue more frivolous lawsuits?
Maybe Palin won’t silence her, but if she loses a defamation lawsuit she’ll wish she’d shut up.
Shannyn, the lib punk who hacked Palin’s e-mail talked a big game too, until the FBI showed up at his house. Wonder where he is now?
Fair enough, Shannyn. Bring your checkbook.
This is never going to end. The statists in both parties are scared to death of an anti-elitist like Sarah.
Palin might not even win a defamation lawsuit- but “Shannyn” will have to hire lawyers and start paying legal fees, won’t she? Much more level field!
Admitting she reports rumors and speculation and considers herself a serious person?
So if I say I heard from a friend’s friend that this woman steals from her friends, that would be okay?
Her name rhymes with ‘Whore’! Is that just a coincidence?
If you look at how deep the research on Palin is this should show conservatives the game that is now on the table. She looked at where Sarah bought lumber several years ago to build her home. Chris Dodd and Barney Frank have bigger stories but there is so little media or blog coverage that sparks and FBI report. The libs are very very nasty and their religon is politics.
Even if she WINS the suit, she's going to wish she'd been more careful with what she's said.

tit for tat!
“Sarah Palin, if you have a problem with me, then sue me. Shannyn Moore will not be muzzled,” she said.”
This brainless liberal twit’s problem is she went on TV and said it was a scandal about to break and just came to light in the past few weeks, a FBI investigation.
Shannyn needs to consult a lawyer, like yesterday, to see what the Alaska laws say......
(Do they allow blooging from jail cells?)
These dedicated libtards have no jobs, nor any attachable assets. They are usually either trust fund babies, or living off of the state. Typically they live in rent controlled/assisted housing. They commute via public transit or with their major asset, a bicycle; they live off of their foodstamps, and “volunteer” at non-profits, where they are able to siphon off free meals for themselves. They have a 5 year old computer, and leech wireless access off of their neighbors or the local coffee bar. They have a free web-hosting service. There will be no way to collect off these vagabonds.
Well, Shannyn — Continue the defamation at your own legal peril. You, along with the other hacks and liars, have been duly warned.
IF Scooter Libby can face a legal inquisition to explain the origin of “rumors” - so can Shannyn!
Bring it on.
“Sarah Palin, if you have a problem with me, then sue me. Shannyn Moore will not be muzzled, she said.
Oh my. Muzzled was an unfortunate word choice. More like “feed-bagged”.

Note: UsWeekly = UsMagazine.
These are the left-wing slime balls who ran the bogus article on Palin:

"US Weekly", on the other hand, is a terrific, hard-hitting must-see anti-Obama website:

Was once a time when idiots like this got their mouths shut behind the woodshed.
Being silent is your choice Shannyn - but whatever you choose, you will be broke!
I know that the left uses race all the time, but I think we should avoid racial overtones.
It does NOT help the cause, in fact, it hurts us.
Such a lawsuit could ask for her hard drive, to her computer, all written correspondence, all cell phone correspondence, all communications with Democrat and White House officials -—

Sandra Bernhard issued a blistering warning to Sarah Palin during a performance of her new one-woman show.
The Republican V.P. nom would be "gang-raped by my big black brothers" if she enters Manhattan, Bernhard said. Palin is said to be making a campaign stop in New York next week.
"[The gang rape comment] is part of a much larger, nuanced, and yes, provocative (that's what I do) piece from my show about racism, freedom, women's rights and the extreme views of Governor Sarah Palin, a woman who doesn't believe that other women should have the right to choose," Bernhard told the Daily News today.
First, any lawsuit might be under Federal rather than State courts.
Next, It is probably not a criminal case, but a civil case, (No jail involved)

Libel is not protected speech.

Good question, his father was a Democrat politician.

Good question, his father was a Democrat politician.
Saw an article on FR recently where his case was getting ready to go to trial.
It’s my Party and I’ll lie if I want to!

No - but she’ll sue your fat, ugly a$$
that is ‘celticdiva’. A progressive liberal harpie cow.
“Shannyn Moore will not be muzzled!”
File: Famous Last Words
I think Mark Levin might be helping her. If true, that would mean Michelle sized (= big @$$) trouble for MS. Moore.
Painting a Red State BLUE, one stroke at a time
He has been out of custody for many months, I suppose at home with his parents.
David Kernell is his name. His trial has been put off at least 2 times. He pretended to cooperate with the FBI and now they have additional charges against him for what appears to be a renigg.
His lawyers appear to think that since Obozo is in power the Feds can no longer do anything to him.
I think he pleaded “not guilty” but by appearances he admitted to what he did over the web. Should be interesting.

Wifey works in business litigation. I'm giving considerable thought of going into electronic forensics after learning how much electronic discovery costs. She's seen cases where it's gone into five and six figures
Unintentional misspellings sometimes reflect poorly. The correct spelling is "reneg"; root for "renegade".
