Hospital won't back Obama birth claim
WND ^ | July 06, 2009 | Jerome R. Corsi

Posted on 07/06/2009 6:43:08 PM PDT by RobinMasters

The hospital in Hawaii where Barack Obama claims he was born refuses to produce any documentation without permission of the president himself.

The Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu has posted on its website a letter on White House stationary dated Jan. 24 in which Obama wrote, "As a beneficiary of the excellence of Kapi'olani Medical Center – the place of my birth – I am pleased to add my voice to your chorus of supporters."

Kristy Watanabe, the public relations specialist for the hospital refused to confirm or deny the veracity of Obama's letter claiming he was born at the hospital.

"Our comment to everyone who has been calling is that federal law does not permit us to provide any more details concerning information [about Obama's birth] without authorization from Mr. Obama," Watanabe told WND.

“The Hospital does not need his approval to say he wasn’t born there.”

— — —

No medical person can divulge information on a patient without the requestor having a “need to know” the personal information. This is part of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) rules to protect everyone from having access to anyone elses medical records. Even a doctor can’t access a patient’s records without a justifiable “need to know”.

Even if you call to ask they cannot confirm or deny that he was born there. They can only say “we can’t divulge that information without patient concent or a medical need to know.

"It's just our policy that without permission we don't ever answer questions about babies born in the hospital," she said.

Well then. How about babies NOT born in the hospital? If he wasn't, can't they say he wasn't?

The non-starter, friend, is the fact that this lowlife in the oval office will not make this all go away by doing the respectable, adult, responsible thing and producing his BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

This will NEVER go away until he does.

That contrived letter he “proactively” wrote 4 days after the inauguration lavishing praise on the “place of his birth” screams fraud.

What president in history has ever done such a thing?

If I remember correctly, didn’t some official with Hawaii Records Dept say that the certification of live birth that is posted online is legitimate and acceptable as proof of birth?

If so, what some creative Hawaiian freeper needs to do is to submit a “certification of live birth” just like the one Obama posted, only put their name in (and maybe their father’s) but leave his mother’s name. That would make them his half sibling, and eligible to request his BC.

Since someone in the Hawaii dept of records has already said that the certificate posted online was legitimate, how could they refuse a similar document as proof of relationship if they say it is OK as proof of Zero’s citizenship? If they claim the new document is forged, doesn’t that admit the possibility of O’s being forged, too?

Just trying to keep the pot stirred.....

Love,
O2

‘This guy’, this affirmative action figure liar-in-chief, is pissing on the defunct Constitutional Republic. He has accomplished in one sweep what no nation could do before him: cancel the sovereignty of we the people. THAT is why democrats will go to Hell for him, they lust for power, nothing else. Besides, he has the crucial bonefides for democrat honor, he successfully worked to protect the killing of born alive infants while a state senator in Illinois. That proved the bankruptcy of his soul to democrat voter satisfaction.

Nice try. I will not allow you to invert the moral emphasis of this argument without challenge. A legitimate and moral man who has been elected POTUS would, upon being asked would unhesitatingly provide the credentials that prove his constitutional qualifications to be president of United States.

But since we know that he is probably a lying crypto Marxist demagogue who has unlawfully usurped his way into the White House, and that he is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to armies of lawyers to conceal those facts and counting on credulous obsfucators like you to mislead and pettifog the American people. The truth will out, the reaction will be ugly, and I’m hoping this narcissistic petty tyrant will receive the justice that such a counterfeit deserves.

She went there and he already had a wife. My guess is they were pretty hostile towards her and the “husband” could care less about her. He had probably long forgotten her. My guess is she was pretty freaked out and wanted to get back to the USA.

I have always thought the secret he has tried so hard to protect is that he is illegitimate. Parents unwed.

I doubt it. For one thing it would have given him more "street cred" in "the community", since the vast majority of them fit into that category.

Second, and more importantly, it would have at least made him a citizen at birth regardless of where he was born, under the law as it existed at the time. (or now for that matter). If his parents *were* married and there is some evidence indicating that they were, and he was not born in the US, then he would not have been a citizen at birth, and would not be a citizen at all unless later naturalized. Either way, no one would argue that he could be "natural born". But if his parents were *not* married, he'd have been a citizen at birth regardless of where born, although if not born in the US of at least a US Citizen father, he still might not be "natural born".

He's the only person elected to the Presidency whose parents were not both US Citizens, exceptig of course those who became US Citizens upon the creatoin of the United States.

Chester Arthur was not elected to the Presidency, but rather as VP. Although, his father was not a citizen at the time he was born, at least he did live here permanently and later did become a citizen. Neither of those is true of BHO Sr. Arthur took great pains to ensure that his father's lack of citizenship was not revealed, as indeed it was not, until many years later, when a copy of his father's naturalization record was found. He knew that he wasn't eligible for VP or President, otherwise why conceal the fact of his father's citizenship status at the time of his birth?

The same if true of BHO, why conceal something that doesn't make you ineligible, and is otherwise fairly common, more so today of course than in 1961.

Can law enforcement obtain a BC with a search warrant?

I would think so, since a search warrant is a form of Court Order. If the SW specifically called for the BC to be seized, or a certified copy of it to be made and then siezed, that would be an order from a court of competant jurisdiction, which is one of the allowed exemptions to only the principal being able to obtain the BC.

But just having a court order served on the Registrar of the State of Hawaii would be simplier.

“Hey, this should be simple. All Obama needs to do is just give the approval. Oooooorrrrr, will he spend another $1M to keep anyone from getting information from the hospital.”

He doesn’t have to pay for it. Soros will. And he will be defiant to the end.

I think it is because of those intervening years. He was told and lived a lie. By the time he discovered the truth, he didn’t want to believe it, so conmtinued the lie.
Illegitimacy doesn’t matter to many NOW, but it mattered in the 60’s, the 70’s and the 80’s. He lived the lie and now he is stuck with it. To admit he lied would damage his credibilty as well as destroy the fascade he has created.

I think there are clues in Dreams of My Father that point to this.
