Frankly, it reminds me of the dipstick reporter who said to President Bush during the election dispute with that idiot Gore: “Your whole life depends on this .........and he retorted “no it doesn’t.............. I have a life outside the election......Sarah is something else again, a representative of the true America whether the Others like it or not and we who get it get it, that’s all

As for what the future holds for Sarah Palin, I honestly don’t know (and I don’t think she does either). My personal belief is, barring a catastrophe, that the only person with the potential to beat Obama in 2012 is Tiger Woods, but he’ll be doing more important things.

Well we are watching a catastrophe right now in the White House and trotting all over the globe. Almost any Republican will be, by then, "the change you can't wait for."

Every single American, regardless of their politics, should be frightened by what’s happened to Sarah Palin.

Knowing the media's penchant for grinding the conservative soul into the dirt, I had a feeling that she would not be spared. However, she really surprised me not letting the onslaught drag her down to their level.

The lamestream media should be frightened by those of us in flyover who have witnessed the horrendous display. Once we get get ignited there will be nothing they will be able to do to stop us.

I thought the same thing, too. This clown CANNOT get re-elected in 2012.

Then again, the way the Republicans do things, it’s quite possible they’ll screw this up again.

I learned a lot about politics when Clinton was reelected in 96.

I learned a lot about politics when Clinton was reelected in 96.

Millions of people obviously didn't. Who was that solid conservative candidate that the media and east coast RINOs chose to run against Clinton in 1996?

I expect to hear the propaganda from the left. What is disappointing is that so many people on the conservative websites still trust CNN et.al. for the truth about anything.

Our choices continue to be between the Stupid Party and the Evil Party.

Stupid is generally preferable to Evil, but then, Evil is really good a looking Not-Evil (a primary trait, actually) to those who are not paying close attention, so it’s hard for Stupid to get past being Stupid.

We have several Smart Parties. They’re generally laughed at by almost everybody, including a lot of people in those parties.

So, we’re left with Stupid or Evil.

I’m with Stupid.

(I didn’t really start writing this with that punch-line in mind, but what the heck, it worked!)

{My personal belief is, barring a catastrophe, that the only person with the potential to beat Obama in 2012 is Tiger Woods, but he’ll be doing more important things. I told Palin after my first interview with her that I hoped she held her fire until 2016 when the Messiah was no longer a factor and the media narrative would be all about her comeback. I still believe that scenario is more than viable.}

The above writing is by John Zeigler, who produced the DVD, “How Obama Got Elected.” Zeigler was interviewed by O’Reilly on Monday and said he didn’t think Palin is going to run in 2012. But maybe 2016 or 2020.

My guess is Sarah Palin is going away for good.

That's fine by me because her family is too precious to continue to be put through the mill by Zero, Rahmbo and all those rotten leftists.

America has rejected her and has spit in her face too many times while embracing a toltarian dictator from Kenya.

This cruel, awful country doesn't deserve a wonderful woman like Sarah Palin. It deserves every blow Obama is going to give it.

Sorry for my cynicism. I'm just fed up beyond comprehension. My once great country is gone.

American hasn’t rejected her that idea I can not support. No polls show that. We conservatives need to stop thinking of ourselves as marginalized. Stop looking at the cup half full and expecting others in the media to do our work for us. I know we have the disadvantage because most of us already work long hours and care about our families but we can make a difference. I want to see Sarah come back and show them all. I’ve seen good men and women pushed out before. We need Sarah Palin. We need her honesty, her integrity, her salt of the earth common sense, and her love of country. What other politician have you heard brave enough to call big government immoral. It is as is our tax system. Sarah is not going away.

I'm just plain angry. Especially at the Repub. elitists who think they are so smart, and haven't had an original thought in 30 years. Some so young that they haven't ever had an original thought.

True enablers of Obama and unable to comprehend they are enabling a Communist takeover and remaking of our country. Do you think Obama voters will not think it is a big deal to be citizens of the world instead of the US? I guess as long as the govt. keeps saying "be cool and let Papa "O" take care of you" they will be sheeple.

When do you suppose they will decide they aren't being taken care of?

And they will screw things up again.
That is the way it is beginning to look.
Last time they put all their hopes on Fred, who was not that interested in running. He finally dropped out.
Then the FR-types became obsessed by “anyone but Romney” feelings. Being so distracted, the media and the Democrats worked to sneak in their favorite candidate to beat for the opposition ticket.
This time conservatives are putting their hopes on Sarah. She will want to help the ticket, but in the end would also not want to be president. Why would she? The same hate-Romney crowd will loose focus again. And again the Democrats will sneak through the breach and nominate some colorless opposition candidate.
That is my concern.
I see the same kind of scenario beginning to build.

Sarah is ........Sarah

ROAD LESS TRAVELED

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth

Then took the other as just as fair
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear
Though as for that, the passing there
Had worn them really about the same

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet, knowing how way leads onto way
I doubted if I should ever come back

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence
Two roads diverged in a wood
And I took the one less traveled by
And that has made all the difference

There were some statistics given on FOX ( by Rasmussen..I think)

People who say they are conservative outnumber people who say they are republican....

People who say they are democrats outnumber the people who say they are liberal....

THEREFORE: the GOP must listen to the Conservatives, but the Democrats can choose to ignore the Liberals.

But what has been happening is the opposite....American people are pissed.

“This clown CANNOT get re-elected in 2012.”

Agreed.Absolutely.

Obama has been campaigning for re-election since January with the simple slogan:

“Not my Fault....I inherited this mess”.

The media echo chamber will concur, the sheeple will buy it and I fear people will reelect Obama in 2012.

I hope I am dead wrong.

I understand and share your cynicism, but you and I and many, many others do not deserve what obama and his cohorts are trying to do.

Moreover, we owe it to all present, past and future who have sacrificed and will sacrifice for and believe in our Constitution and our Republic to fight that cynicism and strive to live by that higher, uniquely American standard.

We owe it to our children, grandchildren and to ourselves to not give in but instead fight against those working to remake America.

We owe it to others who also feel and share in that cynicism you speak of, to be examples of not letting the liberals have their way because no one would fight to stop them. Doing the right thing for the right reasons is always better than doing nothing.

The day may come to go Gault and abandon the good ship America, but let it not be today.

Sarah Palin is not the perfect candidate, but she is the best we have right now and personally I am embarrassed by my fellow American men.

Conservative American women, Sarah Palin and several others, have bigger balls than we men do and know how to use them, while we collectively whimper about how unfair the media is.

Boys, we have to shake off the metrosexual hormones the liberals and rino moderates have been feeding us and stop fighting like a bunch of little girls. Sarah Palin and others have shown us how...time to man up.

I agree. The best person qualified to be President is someone who doesn’t want to be President, has to be dragged kicking and screaming into the job, but once there kicks ass, does the work, and then leaves the ship of state in good hands for his successor, who must also be dragged kicking and screaming into the job.

....fighting like a bunch of little girls

Ah there are little girls that are tougher than some little boys and I am not referencing sexual preference here!! plus it takes "smarts not muscle" to direct your course of action.

Palin will be just fine. If you read her resignation speech carefully she answers all..she (and her bi partisan staff ) got done in 2 years in Alaska what had been predicted would take 4 years to accomplish, WHILE she fought time wasting and costly harassment from her enemies (R&L) on petty allegations of being unethical which in finality (12) she won!..but you can read all that here.

Palin has proved to be smarter, stronger, faster than ALL of Washington As Usual -- the Political Goliaths.

She also stated she would not close the door on any opportunity that could come up in the future.

The Media and the Left strategists are the ones left in a quagmire when it comes to what to do about Sarah Palin.

To say Palin "quit" which would suggest her goals for Alaska promised (adding the unexpected) would go unfinished is just false.

Great article. Here's a quote that many here on FR should cogitate:

"Regardless of what you think of Sarah Palin, every single conservative who attacks her by buying into media-created falsehoods so they can curry favor with the media elite should be seen as traitors to the movement. You have been duped and used as cover for a public lynching."

He then goes on to point the finger directly at David Keene, Arlen Specter's favorite "conservative."

Ziegler used to have a radio show on the now defunct WWDB radio station in Philly.

He also grew up in our area. Though other talk show hosts played a more crucial role, John was one of several talk show hosts who was openly supportive of our case against the Teamsters, and even took some personal time to help us with a few things. I met him twice, but my brother got to know him fairly well.

I made the comment because of our personal experience with him and because of the extraordinary effort he has made on behalf of Governor Palin, far more than any other conservative in the movement, and frankly we're proud of him for it!

I am well aware that a number of other prominent conservatives like her, and have supported her. I've heard Rush and read Ann's articles, and if I'm not mistaken there are a few more. But none of them did as much as Ziegler. He is a great person to have on your side! : )
