I’d say it’s more like “Organized Crime”.
I don’t think O has an ideology. It’s all about money and his “family”. He’s schlepping as much of OUR money to HIS friends as he can.
He uses complicated schemes to mask a simple transfer of taxpayer money to private interests. Example: Gov’t (taxpayer) takeover of Delphi’s pension obligations. Strip it all away, and it’s nothing more than taxpayer money flowing into the UAQ by way of Delphi (they keep their assets) and GM (pension obligation was forgiven).
