Kim Jong-il May Not Survive This Winter

Choi Sung-yong, "Kim Jong-il knows he may not live long."

[2009-07-15 15:08 ]

Amid flurry of rumors on Kim Jong-il's health, Choi Sung-yong, the head of (S. Korean) Abductee Family's Association, said, "Kim Jong-il may not survive this winter," quoting a credible source from N. Korea on July 15.

Mr. Choi appeared on "Open World, Today" at PBC and said, "As you know, if a cancer spreads, doctors will tell you how long you can live," basically saying that Kim's days are numbered. However, he won't say exactly what illness Kim suffers.

He went on to say, "China and Kim's associates pretty much settled on what to do and now following the plan. Kim himself knows it (can't live long.)"

He emphasized that N. Korea has already made plans for the next leadership in consultation with China.

Mr. Choi said that his source is a N. Korean insider who is ready to come to our side(S. Korea) if things go bad, emphasizing that he is not a mere information broker but a high-level N. Korean source.

As for the next N. Korean leadership, "I suppose Jang Sung-taek is the most credible choice," predicting that Jang could wield strong influence behind the scene.

Field Guidance While Sitting on his Chair

Unlike previous field guidance, he is mostly seen sitting -- he must be really sick.

Does he resign to his fate and no longer make attempts to prolong his life?

The sunglasses may be to hide jaundice in his eyes (scleral icterus).

An ABC Radio news report the other day announced his pancreatic cancer, and that “he may only live 1-2 years”. I was surprised, because many diagnosed with this last only a few weeks to a few months. And if he has it, where is he getting treatment? I’m sure North Korea’s health care system isn’t nearly as good as Cuba’s.

Kim isn’t the one who scares me the most - it’s those you see standing around him that do.

N. Korea has already made plans for the next leadership in consultation with China.

But of course. The puppet consults the puppetmaster.

Note that DPRK calender on the wall behind him, in the fourth photo down (where he is standing next to the empty chair). That is a JULY calender.

I do expect “Fish Lips” (Jang) to take over, and keep the Prince (Jong Un) in there as controlled window dressing. Kind of like the Khmer Rouge really running the show, with Prince Sihanouk as figure head of the Democratic “Kampuchea”, even though under house arrest in Phnom Penh.

a) I can see the big "7" on the upper right of the calender right below the photo of the soldier and the girl in the chima-chogori, and b) I can also see where the month starts on a Wednesday and ends on a Friday. Precisely JULY 2009.

My mom went from diagnoses of PC to death within 2 1/2 months. She worked up til about 2 weeks until the pain took over. She didn’t want to go thru the chemo etc. I promised her I would abide her wishes as much as it killed me. She died at peace in her home where she found so much happiness.
Miss you ma!!!!
