Then completely out of the blue Dowd writes “Sarah Palin is the definition of irrational, a volatile and scattered country-music queen without the music.” The predictable mean spirited insults of Sarah Palin are combined with the brainless she's a Latina and a woman that's all you need to know praise of Sotomayor. Maureen Dowd is incapable of rational thought.

Nowhere in her typically snarky, juvenile ramblings does she discuss the merits of any of Sotomayor’s past controversial decisions. Obviously, like a usual lib, Dowd believes in racial grievance (funny since Sotomayor’s ancesty can be classified as white European) and sex warfare.
