This has got to the dumbest thing that a politician has ever said. Notice very little play in the MSM because it is egregiously idiotic.
The Obama admin has ZERO credibility on healthcare and the economy.

I’m surprised he didn’t use the liberal’s favorite substitute for ‘spend’ — which is ‘invest’.

Drudge swamped the CNSNews server. This might be so stupid they are forced to cover it with a cute “There goes Joe” quip on the morning shows.

Yes, Joe Biden is so intelligent. I am so glad he is our VP instead of the hockey mom from Alaska.

Be gentle. Poor Joe is a helpless addict who is addicted to
“OPM” (other people’s money).

Joe Biden makes Joey Buttafucco look like the smartest man to ever walk the earth. Someone should stick a turkey in his mouth.

So I should ‘invest’ in a new LCD TV, a BMW 750, and a shopping spree at Barney’s to keep from going bankrupt? Thanks for the advice, Veep!

Biden is a true reflection of the American public, clueless. He is everyman making excuses for policies that make him feel good. The coming train wreck is neither his concern nor his responsibility and he is shielded from the effects by private medical insurance and a guaranteed income.

This line of thought is about the only thing I agree with obama on. Ten or twenty years from now, we will wish we would have done something, I am just not sure what they want to do now is the right way to go.

I never believed in conspiracies, but after seeing Obama elected, the stimulus etc.etc., and now this - I think I can say with confidence: Someone has put crack in the contrails.

Okay, I can understand investing money wisely to generate future revenues in order avoid bankruptcy, but to spend money on programs that generate no productivity or revenues and say that this will stop us from going bankrupt, well that’s like a company increasing spending on benefits like medical insurance and expecting that somehow this will increase employee productivity.
The money is gone, employees see no difference in their work environment except in the off chance they get now opt for acupuncture instead of hospital treatment, and most employees rarely take advantage of their health insurance. I wish Bush had succeeded with the health savings plan. Darnit.
