ABS in Wilmington on the radio this morning announcing they are cutting ONE THOUSAND more jobs. One guy who took a severance from DHL, counting on Obama’s promise of jobs, says his severance has now run out.

Losses are broad: manufacturing, retail, service, farming, etc.

Obama and Strickland have royally messed up this state and show ZERO hope of revival with high taxes and government restrictions.

Wow, and I thought Florida was bad at over 10%. And yeah, Florida went blue too. So much for Hope and Change.

I fear a long cold winter for many of my fellow Ohioans.

THE ROOF IS LEAKING
The roof is leaking and the wind is howling
Kids are crying ‘cos the sheets are so cold
Woke this morning found my hands were frozen
I’ve tried to fix the fire, but you know the damn thing’s too old

It’s been months now, since we heard from our Mary,
I wonder if she ever made the coast
Well she and her young man, they both moved out there
I sure hope they write, just to let us know

And me, I’m getting stronger by the minute
My wife’s expecting, but I hope she can wait
‘Cos this winter looks like it’s gonna be another bad one
But Spring’ll soon be here,
Ohh.... but I hope it’s not late

Ma and Pa lived here, and theirs before them
They tried their hardest to make it a home
Seems so long now since they passed over
Hope my children try to make it their own

Well my roof is leaking and the wind is howling
The kids are crying, ‘cos the sheets are so cold
Woke this morning and my hands were frozen
Oh I’ve tried to fix the fire, but you know the damn thing’s too old

But me, Oh I’m getting stronger by the minute
My wife’s expecting, but I hope she can wait
‘Cos this winter looks like it’s gonna be another bad one
But Spring’ll soon be here,
Ohh.. God I hope it’s not late

When NCR left Strickland complained that NCR didn’t even bother to talk about staying.

Take a hint Ted, you are in a really bad place when the complaints stop. It means that they have just given up,
because they know that it is a waste of time.

Texas’ unemployment fund dried up....

how many others are to report?

It used to be that if unemployment went to 6-7 percet, we were looking for a new gov’t!

One of my younger relatives asks those who lost/lose their jobs>?

You voted for Obama didn’t you?

So far most of the job losers voted for Obama. He tells them he is sorry, but their white guilt vote for Obama set this economic train wreck up.

Interestly, non of the Obama voters, who lost their jobs, argue with him. They just nod and shake their heads.

Hard to have sympathy for a person who trusts what a politician says.
