There's an entire unit at the Fort Smith Police Department dedicated to keeping the streets of Fort Smith clean. Their sting operations have netted hundreds of people in the past few years. We're told the unit has made almost 300 arrests at Fort Smith park alone since their start in 2005.
The public park has become a hotspot for homosexual activity. Prostitution is also a problem that plagues the city and one that isn't limited to a particular location. "Just when I think I've seen it all there's something that comes along that you know causes me to raise an eyebrow," an undercover officer told 5NEWS.
Even officers with the street crimes unit aren't jaded when it comes to this type of activity. In the past few weeks the team has arrested six men for loitering along the walking trails at Fort Smith park. In other parts of the city, they've taken two prostitutes into custody.
"We've also made one arrest for promising prostitution this was kind of an internet connected case we had received a complaint that a guy was handing out business cards," Sgt. Levi Risley with Fort Smith Police said.
The Craig's listing became the first internet-related arrest for the department. But even though the numbers seem high, the Sgt. says he believes it to be the same for cities of similar size to Fort Smith. The undercover officer we spoke with says netting people in the sting operations isn't too tough.
"We walk up just like anybody else dressed like anybody else and we'll often walk up on 2 men engaged in these type of activities," he said.
What's disturbing is that what they do is in full, public view. But it becomes more difficult to catch them in the act after a while.
"Once they've been arrested one or two times they tend to learn our tactics and they try to change the way that they behave and the things that they do and says around that," the officer told 5NEWS.
Yet, for many of them it's not enough. They don't seem to learn their lesson. One man has been arrested five times.
Sgt. Levi Risley says there are several locations around town where this type of activity takes place. It's not just parks. Retail store bathrooms are also popular place to meet. The street crimes unit has five officers and one supervisor that work trouble spots full time.

Yes, we reached the “enough!” state long ago. Doesn’t say what state this is in, but all I can say in response is thank God these officers are still arresting them. In a lot of areas they don’t.
This is what p*sses me off. I can understand how some people are just this way, and from some that I have known, I think they came out of the womb with this dysfunction. But I can never understand what it is that sends them in droves to the park and restrooms. I don’t think anybody is born to seek “love” in a bathroom stall, or in the park with anonymous strangers, or born with the urge to do it in public, or born to be promisicous to the point of catching contagious terminal diseases.

I think there's a difference here. Female hookers don't do it for free as many of the homosexual anonymous participants do, and most female-to-male hookers have some sort of inside place for the actual encounter, or they do it in the john's car. This sex in public or in public rest rooms is a whole other thing. Part of the point of having sex in public places is the higher degree of risk and danger.
IMO, homosexual identification is actually an anxiety disorder. People with anxiety disorders try to self-medicate their serotonin-deprived brain with adrenaline. High-risk behaviors thus become addictive. As with other forms of addiction, sex addicts require more and riskier encounters as their addiction worsens.
And thirdly, I think it is "unimaginable" for many people because most people do not witness live sex encounters of any kind, much less gay sex encounters. So the shock they experience if say, a couple of hetero college kids, 18-year-olds, want to walk in the park in the evening, seeing public gay sex is quite literally "unimaginable" -- it's not something they imagined seeing, or intended to see.

Well having travelled on many roads in this country and been to many parks I haven’t seen normal couples having sex with complete strangers , I have however seen many homosexual men in the toilets, parks etc.
Even parks and areas have had to be closed down because of their sexual ways.
I will give you one example quickly
I drove up to MA and was with my family.
WE stopped on 128 at a bathroom stop as my kids needed to go.
When we pulled up there were 3 men standing outside and some others loitering around.
We started to go into the bathroom when we saw two men come out of a cubicle.
We left right away.

The problem is that these reprobates do their business in broad daylight and in plain sight. Street girls don’t do their business on the sidewalk. The hookers have the decency of going into a cheap motel or some out of the way alley, usually hidden away in the guy’s car.
These deviants’ behavior is unimaginable because most people, even hookers, could not imagine plying their trade where children in a park can see them.
They used to complain about people in their bedrooms. Now they conveniently refuse to understand why we complain when they bring their filth out into the street.

That park is very near a baby food manufacturing plant. If only the city would close the park and revive Miss Laura’s Social Club in downtown area where the problem most definitely belongs. The City of Fort Smith has no problem at all determining suitable land uses and development in the downtown area. Just don’t get in their way.

We had that problem in Nashville parks, you couldn’t go behind a bush without these creeps playing anal pogo, feet from where children were playing and families having picnics. It got so bad, the police had to launch raids and arrested a crapload of these degenerates.
I stay away from parks in NYC after dark, unless there is an event. These pervs used to look me over when I used to walk along the promenade when I lived in Brooklyn.

Well normal hookers would at least take a john back to a hotel room to be private. Not do it right there in the park for all the world to see. Sometimes normal hookers did it there in the car but at least they drove off to a remote location as not to be seen. Queers how ever have to make sure all the world sees them in the act. I actually have more respect for normal hookers than the FDRQ in this matter, at least they are having heterosexual sex.

Couple ordered to stop having sex by talking CCTV camera
Ani June 13th, 2009 LONDON -
A couple were left embarrassed after a talking CCTV camera in a town centre caught them having sex, and ordered to stop.
The pair had been drinking earlier, and when they heard the booming command issued by operators, they immediately stopped and fled from the scene in Northampton.
Northampton Borough Council has talking cameras trained in three town centre streets, which issue warnings about littering, fighting, and street drinking.
While most messages are pre-recorded, there are some specific warnings that are issued by the CCTV operators themselves.
Andrew Simpson, the Northampton Borough Councillor who is responsible for CCTV, said that he was shocked to hear camera operators had spotted people having sex in the street.
“I certainly wasn’t expecting them to pick up that kind of thing,” the Mirror quoted him as saying.
“Clearly, I would imagine these people must have had too much to drink and had fairly low inhibitions.
“But at least they stopped when the camera operators told them too,” he added. (ANI)

Probably quite a few. When I started college (way back in ‘88), my next door neighbor was homosexual and all of his numerous hookups were married men. You wouldn’t believe how shocked I was to discover that fact.
