The most viewed story on the Chicago Tribune website as of this writing is a column asking if President Obama wore Mom Jeans to the mound when he threw out the ceremonial first pitch at Tuesday night's All-Star Game.
So much for the president being the coolest guy on Earth.

Even the foreign press picked up on the meme.

In this type of society where what constitutes “hip” lasts about three months, this guy is bound to be the butt of jokes in about a year. When you play the “cool” game, you dont win.

Remember the incident overseas when they host country's security detail tried to stop his secret service men from entering a banquet hall with him? That was cool. He just stepped in there and made it perfectly clear who was in charge!

Throwing spitballs at the Pres while the real issues are ignored.
The loss of millions of jobs since the stimulus was signed.

The most pitiful part of the whole All Star pitch was the fist pump that our arrogant TOTUS gave himself after the sissy, dirtball pitch. Maybe he was just impressed that he got the ball as far as he did.
That’s our TOTUS, always impressed with himself. I don’t see how anyone can stand that guy.
Btw, Juan Williams said he liked Barry’s jeans and that he wears jeans just like that.
His “cool factor” has been greatly exaggerated by those that wouldn’t know “cool” were it to bite them on the leg. FACT.
My girl friend works as a charge nurse at Morristown Memorial in NJ. I was asking her if the medical staff liked Obummers healthcare reform bill. She said that the staff is 100% against it and they all fear for their jobs.
This guy MUST be impeached.

And, yes...that is the exact trajectory of the ball, which I mapped from a capture of the MLB video...I could throw it better myself, even with my mangled shoulder...
I was talking with a liberal at work, and he said “You get in front of 60,000 people and throw it well”
I opined that I could throw it better, but he doesn’t understand why I said that. I said it because I wouldn’t put such expectations on myself not to fail at something like that. I would do the best I could and be prepared to live with it. He has an ego problem.
