Obama is right... Cronkite never let down the Commies and enemies of America.
When you have expectations that equal zero, it’s nearly impossible to be disappointed.
There he goes again, quoting Ho Chi Minh.
Translation: Cronkite was a fellow traveler too.
Agreed he means Communist= us.
Cheers!
That’s right Obamasiah - Cronkite is responsible for your communist friends in Vietnam winning that war.
I was watching the night Reagan defeated Carter and took down a lot of RATS in the process. When Cronkite announced the defeat of George McGovern he was blinking like Nancy Pelosi at the State of the Union, and you could see he was fighting back tears.
Have never forgotten that moment.
Hussein was only 16 when Cronkite retired. I doubt with his busy schedule of consuming various drugs he was tuned into to one of the oldest men in network news. But Hussein is a liar, this is nothing new.
Obama is too young to remember or understand much of what Cronkite did.
He needs a little history lesson! Hey Obama, he did let us down! He let our troops down and he let down the South Vietnamese who were struggling for their freedom! And, by default, he let down the Cambodians.
Uncle Walt and Uncle Joe. Two political peas in a pod. May you and your extreme lib politics stay dead.
Depends what the meaning of “us” is. :)
Wonder how Walter Crankcase covered the death of Mary Jo Kopoechne...cannot tremember, but I would bet that there was no outrage leveled at his Cape Cod/Nantucket/Martha’s Vineyard friends, neighbors and fellow travelers.
Wonder how Walter Crankcase covered the death of Mary Jo Kopoechne...
Since it happened the same day as the moon landing, I doubt if he paid it much attention. I was more than a little bit annoyed when the Boston Globe carried the Kennedy story in banner headlines while relegating America’s boldest accomplishment “below-the-fold”...
I have been amazed that EVERYONE has praised him as completely objective. I wonder what bizarro planet THEY have been on?
LOL...I was going to say, “except when he lied about Viet Nam.”
Thanks for the data...did not remember that. I grew up in NYC, so I guess the moon landing was bigger.
