This was mentioned a few days by another freeper, and since I’d never heard of it I googled it, and sho nuff, there it is, right on the whitehouse.gov website.

"I can only imagine what crap President Bush would have been put through by the liberals if he tried to “HIDE” something that SHOULD be made public. "

Well, maybe they just shout louder than we do.

If we shout loud enough and the media keeps on ignoring these things, then eventually they will look like the fools that they are. They know that with enough momentum the truth will win out, and their credibility will be in the toilet.

We need to step up the "tea parties", step up the phone calls, emails, and letters...and generally RAISE HELL. EVERY SINGLE MOVEMENT IN THIS COUNTRY THAT GAINED A FOOTHOLD DID SO DUE TO DEMONSTRATIONS, SIT-INS AND YES...EVEN RIOTS. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

The left is organized...they have talking points, and mind-numbed robots to deliver them on cue. They are broken records...the only conservative I know who fits this bill is Hannity, as he repeats the mantra over and over, with the same answer everytime. That's what it will take to get through to these people. The left already knows that and uses it daily...yes, even Captain Zero uses it.

Which his invalid executive order prevents you from proving. LOL.

The burden of proof isn't on Americans to prove an individual is ineligible to become President. The burden of proof is on the individual to prove his or her eligibility. BO has failed that burden of proof therefore he is not President.

That’s my take too. The birth certificate was created by the State of Hawaii long before Telepromptee in Chief came into office: no executive privilege applicable that I see.

It’s all true folks. Executive Orders are all published on the web. Just type Executive Orders in and you can get right to them. Hussein did indeed demand that any request for information which could do him damage must be sent to him and the Atty General FIRST! They will then “discuss it” and decide whether or not to make a claim of executive privilege, which would bar release of the requested information. Cute, huh! Of course, this being signed on his first day in office is probably just a coincidence. BWAHAHAHAHAHA

Did you know that Bill Clinton classified his medical records ‘Top Secret’? Yes, it is true. Some Presidents will go to enormous extents to hide facts from the American people.

Roger Clinton had made public statements about his brother, Bill, being a cocaine user. It is believed that the medical records would show that Bill Clinton had undergone drug rehabilitation when Governor of Arkansas. After leaving the Presidency, Bill Clinton did undergo heart surgery. Cocaine use is known to damage the heart.

I see a real opportunity for Hillary to send Sandy Berger back into the National Archives with his famous socks.

She should be doubly attentive to her aircraft maintenance and navigational integrity.

The Paranoid-in-Chief resembles Lady Macbeth--keep scrubbing, ali Hussein.

An Executive Order can be overridden by the Senate quite easily. Remember Bill Clinton and his now infamous Executive Order #13083? He tried to kill the Tenth Amendment while he was in London.

“Zero appears to be doing his best to cover his tracks. The birth certificate controversy is growing hotter and not dying down”.

Between the hidden birth certificate and all those hidden school records, (which likely show he was a registered foreign exchange student)I’m personally convinced something stinks and predict that some conscientious American who has access is going to release the info. Kind of like a Deep Throat.

Thanks for your comment. The left always uses euphemisms to discredit or otherwise alter the true meaning of something. Terms like "conspiracy" and "birthers" are used to marginalize whatever they don't like.

If Sarah Palin were to not release her birth certificate due to suspicions she was born in Canada you would not hear the term "birther" applied to those who want the document released. Instead, we'd hear about the constitutional requirements, the seriousness of the allegation, blah, blah.

Barry Soetoro has almost wiped his history clean, and the left sticks its collective head in the sand looking for deranged conservatives.

“We are still a constitutional republic and not a dictatorship . . .”

You think so? Maybe in our minds.

I really wish I could believe that this will get some traction. Unfortunately, I am quite sure it won’t.

So, bottom line, did Barry Hussein actually sign the EO to seal his birth certificate? And if so, is there anyway to legally (or illegally) unseal?

We are still a constitutional republic and not a dictatorship . . .

Not for long. We are witnessing the end of the Republic.

I don’t know. I noticed this order revoked a previous order. No reason for that unless Executive Orders expire with the presidency which I don’t think they do. I’ll check it out but there are probably a few changes in the new one.

parsy, who is going to check

Executive order wouldn’t apply to constitutional required documentation.

The way I read it, it applies to the Archivist. The hospital, or the guy on ebay ain’t “the Archivist.” Think the author is stretching it some.

Yes. And this was covered way back on FR in late January or early February.

However, it certainly paints Obama as anxious in his 1st day in office to cover up what he could if any "disclosure of which he believes may raise a substantial question of executive privilege".

It sure tells you what his mindset is. To cover his own butt because he knows and we know by the totality of his actions of covering up his past, he most likely is not qualified to be president.

The term dictatorship gets thrown around a lot and gets dismissed as hyperbole, but we are now in the fledgling stages of a full blown one.
