I can see someone out your way, or down CD’s way doing this, but I sure ddin’t expect to read it was one of my neighbors. LOL! Not exactly a gun-friendly climate around here. If you have a CCW, the fire department won’t show up until they have a swat team, sometimes. WTF?

I think Antonio was seeing these and tried to hit 'em.

I have a sweet gum tree that sheds limbs at very inopportune times. I used a .308 (FMJ)M1A1 to sever the limb that was about 14” in diameter which took 20 rounds. A shotgun will not do the job.

Don’t bring a shotgun to a chainsaw fight!

Dynamite is recommended for landscaping. Ammo is only useful for trimming. Reloading shotgun rounds with seed and a little powder for penetration is recommended for reseeding.

The problem was that use used a FMJ, should have tried an SP. An SP works well with a single shot on up to 8”. Just don’t stand under the branch.

I’ve used this technique on hedge apples in the past.

(But that was just for fun!)

As long as it’s done from the inside out.

My outside is nicer than my inside...

See, you've probably got a wife like mine. The kind that don't understand. And critizes a lot. I mean, who really needs a two car garage?

I've found bullets on rooves — they don't make a hole, they just stick in a little or bounce off harmlessly.

It was hot out there.

I'd already been on the damn roof and digging a big hole for the pole and pouring concrete.

I needed a break.

Dynamite works good for getting rid of mice in the house, too...

That’s not an uncommon way of harvesting mistletoe.

LOL, that was the first thing I thought of. I haven't done it in a while, but it is effective.
