I read on a very obscure blog that this Jim Thompson fellow doesn’t even exist. Is that true. If it is, what are we gonna do? His leadership was invaluable.
I have the proof right here......

...With the POSPOTUS approval ratings falling the left wing progressives are on defense. If this is the best they can do wait till 2010 when we get rid of all the dead meat in congress. I'll be grinning from ear to ear. Patience is what is required...

Ridicule is the key component.

Think TOTUS.

Think 'What recovery?'

Think 'we got you, loser.'

Capital 'L' loser.

Zero.

“If you believe that Jim Robinson is a radical nutjob, if you believe all the bloggers jumping on the anti-Free Republic bandwagon, please do not contribute to the fundraiser.”

Hmmmmmmmm...In a quandry here. I’ve been called every name in the book including “radical nutjob” for my Conservative beliefs, but I don’t believe any IDIOT that blogs for the Leftistsphere AT ALL.

Do I contribute less, or do I contribute more?

I would ask of liberals, have you ever stopped to consider your motivations, or to understand what really underlies your worldview and associated actions?

I get this much-—disrupting the system, bringing it to a crashing halt. Installing marxism or some other form of totalitarianism under which people can be controlled, etc. Feeling good about yourself because you’ve partially been fooled into thinking your agenda helps the poor or the oppressed (while in fact it accomplishes the opposite), following something you learned so long ago you don’t really know what the hell it is anymore. (This would likely include Obama himself.)

What I am asking is how can you continue doing this, when you have at least a scintilla of awareness that in the end you are simply choosing an absurdity. Take Alinsky. He admitted he was choosing Lucifer. Such a choice necessarily includes rejecting God. (This is what it is, please don’t overlook its gravity.)

And what does it say about you and the integrity of your ideas that you can’t come out and plainly state your agenda, without hiding the thoughts and feelings driving it? Remember, conservatives never have to do this—we stake our politics on underlying principles, not on deceit or fraud. This is absolute proof of the moral superiority of conservative ideology, no way around it.

You don’t have to live with this thorn in your side. If you have confidence in your own intellect and your ability to discern, you won’t mind taking a second look at conservatism.

Do you think maybe they will make another one of those movies about us like the Dixie Chicks did? If so, I got dibs on Bruce Willis playing me.

At this late date, it's amusing and sad at the same time to watch those who disparaged JBS all these years having a rude awakening.

I used to be a member of the Birch Society and I have a very low opinion of that organization.

Unfortunately, it has been the Christian Right's blind support for President Bush in particular and the Republican Party in general that has precipitated a glaring and perhaps fatal defect: the Christian Right cannot, or will not, honestly face the real danger confronting these United States ....

On the whole, they fail to understand the issues that are critical to our nation's—and their own—survival .... Sadly, this is what the Christian Right just doesn't get: ninety percent of the time, it doesn't matter to a tinker's dam whether a Republican or Democrat wins the White House ....

All the pro-life, pro-family, traditional-values, conservative talk is just that: talk. Republicans use conservative rhetoric the same way Democrats use liberal rhetoric. Neither party believes what they are telling their constituents. They merely say what constituents want to hear in order to get elected; after which, they set about to do what their elitist, globalist manipulators tell them to do.

The president, vice president, the senate and the congress are fired, effectively immediately.

President Hillary Clinton is hereby in charge.

The 16th and 17th amendments are hereby repealed.

The constitution of the United States including the 9th and 10th amendments and all other duly ratified amendments other than the aforementioned and repealed 16th and 17th are hereby completely restored as the supreme law of the land. All laws, acts, judgments, rulings, departments, agencies, etc, not proven to be in 100% accordance with the constitution are hereby repealed, abolished, rescinded, overruled, reversed, tossed out, closed down, dissolved, disbanded, nullified and rendered void, kaput and dumped on the ash heap of history. Good riddance to bad rubbish and all that rot.

That is all.

Jim, you've got it all covered; but, for the intellectually and morally bankrupt inhabitants of DC, you might want to point out that there is NOTHING in the Constitution that can in any way be construed as supporting the murder of 50 MILLION innocent Americans and that the Founding Fathers did not believe that ANY government had the authority to abridge our God-given Rights.

And I'm a member of NRA, JPFO, GOA, and I don't always agree with all of their directions either... especially the NRA... but they're moving towards the goal line the majority of the time, and when they falter, they hear from me. You always have alternatives. Your choice.

Did you even read my linked post? The Birch Society is opposed to the war on terror because it's a "Jewish" war. They were all for "meddling" in Central America in the Eighties--as was I, but I was consistent enough to support Israel as well.

I read your post. I observe the current apologist in chief, and wonder where the support of Bibi is from this country, as do our staunch allies. You need to digest the post you quoted me on.

I can assure you that Bibi's support does not come from the John Birch Society. And whether you want to believe it or not, I know what I'm talking about.

And in case you think I'm some sort of closet liberal or "neocon," I'm not. But unlike the Birch Society, I support Israel for religious reasons.
